We went to the movie theater, Regal Cinemas South Beach 18 on November 1st, 2014. We went to see Wipsplash @ the 5:05 show. Theater #6.
My husband and I sat on the middle of the last row. There was no one else sitting on that row. There was about 20 something people on the theater at that time.
When the movie ended we stayed a little bit waiting for the lights to turn on but there were not. We step out of the room at the middle of the credits. At that time all the people were gone.
When I got home I realized that I have left a Gap plastic bag with a pair of pants and a shirt on the sit next to where I was sitting.
Immediately I called the movie theater (let's take also into consideration that I only live 10 minutes from the movie theater) and I explained this to the Manager B.
He transferred me to the lost and found department and someone name Matthew answer the phone, he put me on hold and after inquiring with the person that was supposed to clean the theater
I was told that nothing was found. I told him that I find his answer to be very unlikely due to the situation explained above. He asked me to call back on Sunday. He never offered to get
my details and call me back himself. I called again on Sunday and the several times that I was transferred to lost and found it was impossible for someone to answer the phone.
I am very disappointed of the unlike answer of no one having found the bag. Was the Auditorium clean that day after the show? Did someone took 5 minutes to go there and look for
the bag? Because if it was, then something must be wrong.
