Bad service

Regal Cinemas - Bad service
I went over the Regal cinema up on sunrise, I have t been there in a while due to (covid -19), and bad service I thought things would be better now, voy I was wrong, I went to see Black widow, I could not finished the movie due to work, I am a nurse, among other things, in the middle of the movie they called me from work, so I left, before leaving I asked to get a pass so I can finish the movie and I guy claiming to be the manager Rivera Carlos, denies me the pass , because I did not have a receipt ( even though ), they guy who sold me the ticket ( was right on front of him). Called quarters .

Non-existent customer service

No way to contact customer service and actually get a response, non-functioning app, nobody returns emails, call line is only open Monday-Friday even though nobody goes to see a movie on those day

Gift card not showing on account

Me and my husband use the same account for our tickets and the email is under jenino3@***.com but I downloaded his acc on my phone and I can't see the gift cards added but he can on his phone why is that

Unable to reach a live person to resolve issues where they continue to take money out of my bank account when I discontinued my service with them

Since Ive never been able to actually talk to a live person I really dont know what is going on they no longer had a call center you have to email and wait weeks for someone to get back to you

Cancel unlimited credit card charge

How can I cancel my subscription. When I get it is an answering machine. I subscribed Brad before covid-19. Now I'm trying to cancel it and you guys are being slightly just honest by giving us a number that doesn't work. I've been a loyal regal customer for years. I'm very disappointed in the way regals is handing the situation. I will probably no longer use regal theaters and watch movies. Do not use regals to see your

I have emailed them as I do NOT want to be charged every month for unlimited movies. It is irresponsible to let people back at the movies during a freaking pandemic!! Cancel my subscription now.

Y'all falsely canceled my account

I don't want to email. I'm already been trying to email y'all for a month. And it's not working because you'll refuse to actually read the email. It's starting to *** me off. And I'm about to go to the nearest theater and start screaming at y'all's employees. Somebody better read a Dean damn email that I said and actually respond with an intelligent conversation and not the same generic response that doesn't even fit the damn email.

Lack of Customer Service

Looking for a refund from 2019. I bought on 3/12/2020. The next day everything shut down due to Covid. Below is customer services response on June 28, 2021. Never heard from her again. I waited the 10 business days and submitted a status update email on July 13 and July 21. Then today (July 22nd) I called customer service at 865/922-**** and was transferred to a voice mail to a person named Teresa. Still no call. Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for contacting our office. Kindly note that your refund request has been forwarded to our Head Office. Please understand, that due to the high influx of queries, it can take 7-10 business days for them to get back to you. Thank you for contacting Regal! Sincerely, Luna Customer Relations Team

Good luck getting a hold of anyone willing to help you out. Plenty of people there willing to take your cash though. I got to the theater with my two boys and the power was out. Thats fine, there is nothing they can do about that. So the manager gives me three tickets to compensate for any inconvenience and tells me I can call regal or go online to get a refund. Well I emailed, got no reply, I called and for a couple of days it was a recording telling me to call back another time. Finally get a hold of a actual person and they put me on hold for over 20min. Now Im told there is no one I can talk to.

Cancel limited movies

I have called &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Easy to get unlimited support team. Received no answer from any of them. They are taking out monthly fee for these movies which I am no longer going to these movies because of health reasons. I need to cancel this subscription which I started before virus in 2020. Cancel limited movies

I have called &;;;;;;;;; left messages to regal crown,corporate office, & support team. Received no answer from any of them. They are taking out monthly fee for these movies which I am no longer going to these movies because of health reasons. I need to cancel this subscription which I started before virus in 2020. No live contact number for the cinema theater

Upon learning my sons wallet was missing in the theater I proceeded to call their only customer service phone number which directed me to email them I was told on the Call volume was high but they wouldnt be getting back to me right away I have since contacted the purseconsumer.com as I have no other options and I am sure there are employees and managers on site I cant operate completely remotely its hard for me to believe that there is no emergency live contact phone number for the building itself

Harassing and charging money for subscription

So in 2020 I wrote them an email that I would not be continuing the subscription, but they never replied now they are harassing me either pay for 12 months or they'll report to debt consolidation- what is wrong with these companies how can someone pay if they don't want to watch movies. This is happening and forcing to pay. I have a kid and I don't want to go and watch in theaters.
