Card not working

I went to see No Time to Die on October 10th. When I paid for the ticket gave the card to the agent it didn't register for the credit. I tried to do it on your website it did Not work because I couldn't read the numbers on the ticket. Could you please credit me and sent me a new card. Thank you, Anthony Puchta

I need u to cancel surcharge

Yesterday I went online regal movies which I have unlimited and I purchased a movie thats opening tomorrow but Im going on Sunday august 1 time 330 now all of a sudden Im paying $3.50 I usually pay 52 cents every time I go to the movies please remove this charge

Complaint multiple concessions & manager

I was lied to and employee disrespectful to my grandchildren and myself. Hmmm Sad I was told 3 different times when tickets would no longer be sold. The man was a complete hmmmAngry we weren't able to see the movie but others were still going in. What's up with that. He said tickets weren't sold after 11:30 am and twice they were sold. The employees need to get on the same page. My grandchildren picked up on how rude and disrespectful the employee was ...all 3 times...to leave and others were buying tickets?? WTH... PLEASE I expect to hear from someone.

Wrong theater, Need refund

Regal, Thanks so much for such a quick and positive refund. By accident we purchased tickets to a theater that was not within our home distance and by the time we got there..... We were told by the attendant that we were at the wrong theater. He told us to try to get back on the app and notify you or to try to make it to the other theater. Got on the computer to notify u and it was refunded the next day

Unlimited cancellations

Due to the COVID-19 virus we do not feel safe in going to the movies yet. Diabetes makes this an easy decision for us. Darla Hays.*********** 0939 *** Watson Hays. Couldnt find his pass Number but he has one. So we are asking to cancel our passes and not charge us on our credit card until we feel safe to return to the movies. This is an unusual year. Thank you

Reserved seating

I can see only one advantage to reserved seating and that would be for the latest movie premiers/opening days. Otherwise, it serves no real purpose except to back up the lines for purchasing tickets. Another example, and this was my personal experience...monday morning at 10:30 a.m....the movie had been released almost 3-4 weeks prior and there were 2 other people in the theatre...i stood in line for ten minutes (with only four other patrons ahead of me in line)...that is ridiculous!!! It took people forever to decide what seats they wanted. And the entire audience for that showing turned out to be 6-8 people!!! ELIMINATE THE RESERVED SEATING...it’s unwarranted and too time-consuming! Everyone thinks it’s ridiculous.

Never received my refund

I purchased 2 tickets for the movie Searching at Sunrise theater 4 on 10/29/18. We weren't able to stay so we got a refund before the movie started. The manager said it would be on my card the next day but it's 11/11/18 now and I still don't have the refund in my account
