Regal responded to my request to combine my old customer loyalty card (before Covid), with my present Regal Club phone app. I got a response within 24 hours, asking for my email, cell # and address. They solved the problem in 72 hours.

Cannot print tickets that I bought on-line

I bought tickets for a premier showing and could not print them out. I called the Regal Cinema customer service number, and it was a recording. After numerous attempts, I was able to talk to a live person who said I could print them out at the theater. I did. All was good.

Refund issue

21758****. I purchased a reservation for 4 tickets and needed to cancel one ticket. I tried online and I could only return all 4 tickets so I did. I immediately booked 3 new ticket reservations for the same show. So now I was charged a convenience fee for 7 tickets overall and the convenience fee should amount to 3 tickets instead. I lost the convenience fee for 4 tickets (over $7.00). The online system should opt to return as many tickets as you need to without rebooking and without additional convenience fees.

When I signed up for rewards club I entered my birthday incorrectly because of this error I can't make changes or enter other information. All I want to do is update my birthday information so I can use the app/rcc benefits. HELP ME PLEASE,ID HATE TO CANCEL and start using another theater.

National cinema day aug.27th I had purchased $4 tickets for me and friends adding up to $31 total online for the 250 Bromley Boulevard, Burlington, NJ, 08016 Regal theatre. The day of arrival was disappointing do to not being able to arch movies cause the movies got *** down by police Ive been issued an notification multiple times for a refund but Ive never got my funds in my cashapp account Im very confused by this Ive been waiting for my $31 refund since aug.27th till now!!

Sept. 14th this building shows unprofessionalism and are doing the bare minimum to help me get my money back can you help me corporate?
