Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After I contacted them a couple of times.
They responded and refunded the full amount in 24 hrs. Thank you.

Movie policy
On a recent visit to your theater on Main Street in Philadelphia we had an unpleasant experience. The theater was supposed to be totally bought out by our group however, the employees at the theater offered tickets to outside people without the prior knowledge of the person who is handling the Theater.
I am saying this was an unpleasant situation because we had senior Citizens sitting in a senior citizen section when other people who are also senior citizens, but were not a part of the group insisted that we move .
The manager was unable to deal with the situation. I just want to bring this to your attention that someone needs to make policies known if a group has bought out not one but two of , your movie theaters that they should have preference, and that other seats should not be sold during that viewing time.
User's recommendation: Make sure that you get all information when booking a large group or buying out a theater. Make sure you ask as many questions as possible to make sure that you have a clear understanding of their policy.

Continued Charges on the App for Unlimited Movie Pass
I purchased a 3 month pass as a gift- after receiving advertisements form Regal - in 2023 as a Valentines Gift for your Loved One. So I purchased it for my son.
I was charged for the initial 3 months up front and that is all I wanted or expected. After the 3 months was up Regal Cinemas began charging my visa again, every month for $19.37. I never wanted this nor did I agree to this. Sure they secure themselves and hide behind the small print on 7 pages saying that I approve after the 3 month time period to continue the charges but this was SOLD TO ME AND ADVERTISED AS A 3 MONTH PASS.
Who in their right mind buys and unlimited pass for a Loved One as a gift for an unlimited period of time. Regal has over stepped. Terrible customer service. I cannot reach a living breathing person.
It is impossible. We can leave messages but nope they don't respect their customers enough to offer an intelligent conversation. I have been emailing with them for over a month and get no where. Who is in charge of this company???

- Zero customer service absent as if run by children
