Pissed Consumer Interviews ?
My wife and I were seated in the first row all the way to the left and heard crackling coming out of the theater during the loudest action scenes of Wonder Woman. After bringing this to the attention of the Manager and that it negatively affected our viewing, he thanked us. After asking for reward or partial refund, the Manager said there was nothing he could do. After insisting and stating that we have lived across the street from this theater for 6 years and that this was our first complaint, he still said there was nothing he could do except tell his tech to fix the problem. Is this the kind of treatment Regal instills in Managers for loyal, local, long time customers that bring a technical problem to their attention? Regal Cinemas - Butter stained pants
My friends and I love your theater in Columbia, MD. The theater is clean, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Our only complaint is the bag the popcorn comes in. Every time my husband gets popcorn, the butter he adds leaks into his jeans. Is there anyway you can either double the bags or have strong bags that will hold in the butter. Thank you so much!

Regal Cinemas - Good improvements Live Oak Texas.
That cinema used to be very, very dirty. We went today and was surprised about the changes. Kudos to the manager on @ 2:50. A busy man who took time to rouse a cell phone user and give us a readmission ticket for Alpha. Thanks y'all
