Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I sent numerous emails to Regal as outlined in my email to you.
I think getting pissedconsumer.com involved really helped because I finally received an email from Regal saying they were going to replace the credit I had used to purchase the item that was sent to me damaged.
On 11/20 my full 30,000 points were restored to my Regal Crown Account. Thank You!.
I have a photo of the damaged item which I have submitted along with a screen shot of the packing slip.
(In fact, there were two packing slips enclosed in my order and one had an incorrect mailing address and the name of the person hi placed the order was not me, even though so items and both packing floor were received in the same box).
I have repeatedly requested a new souvenir popcorn cup that is not damaged.
I week will gladly send back the damaged one I received but I dont think I should have to pay for shipping and handling. I used my credits and I should get what I purchased.

We purchased tickets to a showing that we never used due to unforeseen stomach bug and we were told we could redeem the tickets at a later date so I go in this evening and Tara was a complete disappointment and I was embarrassed I front of another patron as well as being told Amy would be right there to further assist me but instead she left me standing there embarrassed yet again
I have been a frequent movie goer for years and have never been treated so inconsiderate
I wasnt asking for any cash ofcourse I wanted to exchange the tickets that were paid for for tickets to Dune2
Im very disappointed that its so easy to pay for something without receiving a service or product
Missing a movie time shouldnt be excuse enough to have your money basically taken for nothing and then being mistreated at point of service by managers who are here to accommodate your customers

On Saturday, January 6th, I attended the 9:50 showing of The Color Purple with my friend and her son. This theatre is located at 2600 N Western Ave Chicago IL 60647.
The theatre was not very crowded I would say five people and another group which included two older women, two teenaged girls, and two toddlers. The teenagers ran throughout the darken theatre chasing the toddlers and screaming The toddlers were swinging and flipping over the railings. They were using the flashlights on their phones to follow them in the dark and play. All of the children were running, screaming as if their family was the only one watching the film.
I realize there were not many people in the theatre but they did not consider that they were not alone. After about 20 minutes, I went out and found a security guard--he came in say something to them--I didn't hear--he left and they got LOUDER!! the adults encouraging them to run. Another patron who was sitting behind us then went out and then we heard one of the adults yell "come on over here before I go to jail tonight".
The last hour and a half of the movie was ruined due to this foolishness and I don't understand what the security did to assist us. This should not happen ----I've been to this theatre several times and never experienced something like this before. Babies actually running and screaming during a movie. Absolutely unacceptable!!!~and it ruined the movie for me--especially my friend.
The Color Purple is her favorite film and they ruined it for her. It was quite disappointing that we received such little assistance from the security there as well.
A refund would be nice so that i might enjoy the film again without their presence. PLEASE DO BETTER!!

Last night daughter logged in to her Regal account to purchase 3 tickets to the 6:20 pm showing of the Exorcist at Quaker crossing. She picked seats and went to payments and got errors about unable to process.
We then went on 2 more devices and tried. We even picked different cards to see if that made a difference. It did not so we assumed there was a glitch so we tried again this morning and same thing. She messaged customer service and they said the cards were flagged for fraud and to call the bank as there was nothing they can do.
Called bank and was told they authorized the purchase and there was no fraud alert on the account. They then sent me to their corporate fraud department and they investigated account and said no fraud. I decided to create my own Regal account and purchased my tickets. We were scanned in with our mobile tickets and ordered almost $36 on 3 frozen colas and medium popcorn.
We gave clerk our debit card and it didn't work. Husband then gave debit card from different account and that didnt work. 5 credit cards also didnt work. Regal flagged all of my cards!!
We were mortified and beyond embarassed. We had no cash on us. My husband left and went to an ATM and used one of our "fraud" debit cards to withdraw money to pay. How in the *** did Regal cause all of our cards to be black listed.
My God, you must think we are the biggest scam artists in the world. Sad thing is that we went shopping and out to dinner with a few of our "fraud" cards. This was such a horrible ordeal since we spent almost $80 on a "fun" family night. I have a screenshot of the chat my daughter had with them saying it was out of their hands and to contact our bank which we did.
I really want this to be rectified and for Regal to make this right otherwise I will escalate this. Not acceptable flagging 2 cards was bad enough, but to make all the other cards we tried flagged is beyond reprehensible.
