Took money from my account a total 8f 6 times. After 1st transaction website crashed 3 times.
Offered to pay back 2 if the 3 transactions then proceeded to take out 4 more at more money. Was 49.71, charged 3 times. Then after emailing stating 2 will be refunded took out $55.77, 4 times after completion of transaction.
Big Rip Off. No phone number to speak to live person.

Used grandsons email address in order tor movie entry. Would not let him enter with my verification on my email address.
Then they withdrew twice at $49. And 4 times at $55.+. No refund and won't except my email address. No one even bothers to ask for phone number.

Bad customer service they keep on making mistakes of people’s change in the bathroom is not clean when we were watching a movie one the conductor tried to kick us out and we didn’t even do nothing
The cashiers name Alejaandro Was rude and kick us out of the theater and he said we did something inappropriate stuff in the theater when we never did and he refused to give us our money back and they were treating as bad over there in the movies and they dont know how to do the cashier right theyre not appropriate cash change back

There was none!! Kept referring me to a site where I had to give them credit card ti get a phone number. Pretty *** way to run a business with no phone number for customers to use
Give me a refund for my ticket and let me talk to a human! The manager at the Noblesville Regal messed with my phone, opened up a screen, and later I got a fraud alert. My card was subsequently frozen due to fraudulent use at Regal!

I have forgotten my passcode. Reset attempts have failed.
Ive reached out to Regal at least 3 times within the last 3 days. No response. That 24-48 hour response time window has closed. Cant reach anyone on the phone in customer service.
CS refers us back to emailing, again, no response. Now its a week without access.
Regal finally responded with the SAME response as earlier. I then said cancel my membership and refund money they took out 2 was ago. Oh?

IMMEDIATE dialogue commenced. No deal Regal, now you respond when I say cancel & refund.

My son, his wife, and their two children went to the Regal in Ronkonkoma. After reporting that there were people in the theater smoking weed, the manager never even came into the theater to speak with them.
My 13-year-old grandson actually got high, and nothing was done except they were given four tickets. Really?
My grandson was high from this. You need to resolve this issue immediately.

When I get on my Regal app, I can't find a place to cancel my Regal Unlimited for now. Every time I try to find a place to cancel Unlimited, it just doesn't work.
