Regal Cinemas: Profit over Professionalism

My wife and I were seated in the first row all the way to the left and heard crackling coming out of the theater during the loudest action scenes of Wonder Woman. After bringing this to the attention of the Manager and that it negatively affected our viewing, he thanked us. After asking for reward or partial refund, the Manager said there was nothing he could do. After insisting and stating that we have lived across the street from this theater for 6 years and that this was our first complaint, he still said there was nothing he could do except tell his tech to fix the problem. Is this the kind of treatment Regal instills in Managers for loyal, local, long time customers that bring a technical problem to their attention? I did not raise my voice or cause a scene, whereas the Manager's handling of the situation was condescending and unprofessional. "Regal Cinemas: Profit over Professionalism" #CutTheCord #CutBigCinema

Looking for respect, and if that comes in the form of a refund, fine. Continue supporting overpriced and unprofessional Big Cinema.

Otherwise, seek alternatives like Alamo Drafthouse, indie theaters, or local film festivals.

When can and employee return back to work after testing positive for Covid

My son is 16 and employed at regal theaters he was diagnosed with Covid on the 3 of January the doctors releasing him to go back to school on the 18th of January he wants to no when he can return to work they say he has to show a negative result that is impossible because after having Covid you will show a positive result for 90 days cdc guidelines are 10 days of quarantine

Its WINTER in NY!

My significant other and I took my son to see Sing 2 at Regal Cinemas Nanuet, NY this past Saturday. The movie with previews was approximately 2 hours long. Fine. We arrived and went to concession for tickets and snacks. Fine. Get to ticket taker and it's there we are told the theater our movie was showing in HAD NO HEAT and to "bundle up". Wait. So I paid 30$ in tickets and another 30$ in snacks to sit in my winter jacket, gloves and hat to enjoy my movie? My food was cold 10 mins into the movie. It was HORRIBLE! Sing 2 was a great movie, but how MANAGEMENT was allowing ANYTHING to be played in that theater is BEYOND ME!

Cannot contact customer service to cancel ! I have sent 5 emails no reply how is one supposed to get service their phone number is worthless and they tell you to email or contact on social media

No contact available with company ,I have emailed 5 times no reply. The customer service phone number is a recording .

Complaint

Regal Harbour View does not provide any safety for covid during a time when cases are surging in Virginia. They "recommend" that unvaccinated guests wear a mask, but certainly don't enforce it. There is NO social distancing or any other measure being taken to ensure guests' well being. My family and I will NOT be attending any movies at this location or any other Regal cinema for a very long time.

My email with the 3 tickets did not come thru so I was not able to use the tickets to see Spider-Man. I have not received the email yet. See proof of pending charge on my credit card attached. Could I please have a refund? Thanks, Miguel
