Regal Cinemas: Profit over Professionalism

My wife and I were seated in the first row all the way to the left and heard crackling coming out of the theater during the loudest action scenes of Wonder Woman. After bringing this to the attention of the Manager and that it negatively affected our viewing, he thanked us. After asking for reward or partial refund, the Manager said there was nothing he could do. After insisting and stating that we have lived across the street from this theater for 6 years and that this was our first complaint, he still said there was nothing he could do except tell his tech to fix the problem. Is this the kind of treatment Regal instills in Managers for loyal, local, long time customers that bring a technical problem to their attention? Looking for respect, and if that comes in the form of a refund, fine. Continue supporting overpriced and unprofessional Big Cinema.

Otherwise, seek alternatives like Alamo Drafthouse, indie theaters, or local film festivals.

You haven't issued me a $200 gift card which I just pitchased

I bought a &200 gift card which had not been emailed to me. I have called emailed sent texts and no response. The manager of Regal doesnt know what else to do. He too is pissed.

Unlimited cancellations

Impossible to cancel. Customer Service numbers get you nowhere. Both I and my husband want to cancel. Emails unanswered. Poor customer service.

Payment issue

The app keeps telling me that the payment is unsuccessful but I put a new payment and it does the same thing. I emailed regal and they just tell me to update the app and try again. I have logged out, deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still does not take my payment. They also do not have a customer service number that works it tells you to get it on the website but then the website gives you an email option.

I want to see movies with my unlimited plan if not cancel the membership if your not going to accept the payment.

Billing problem

Still unable to remove old debt card and replace with any of my debit or credit cards have tried calling u guys ,texting to Facebook and emailing no good response have gone to theater, they can't find problem, going on 3 weeks of this, my phone 530 409 ****, please help me!

Charged my sons card 6 times

My sons card was charged 6 times for the unlimited pass. The regal reps said that it was from June through November. The problem is I was paying for my sons pass and then we switched it over to his card since its only $19.71 a month. From June through November my son had not been to the movies at all. Which is why his pass was never reinstated once theaters reopened, because he had no interest in it. We only reinstated it this week because he wanted to see Ghostbusters and Resident Evil this week. We have asked them to reimburse the 5 extra charges but they are being completely unreasonable! It may not mean anything but my entire family is considering canceling our passes.

User's recommendation: Be very careful about getting this unlimited pass! They like to steal money from your account.

Unable to use email on website. Error in rewards credit

All customer issues must be directed to your website. However your email service isn't working. Error message "invalid email". However every few days I receive regal promotional emails at this same email address.

Rude service for their irresponsible behavior

Went to watch movie and the above lights weren't shut off well into the movie. I left to complain to a manager who was extremely rude treated me as if I was inconveniencing her. she had someone confirm the lights were still on. I missed a lot of the movie and ended up leaving without watching the movie. I've been a long time loyal customer and want to be reimbursed somehow?

Racist

I spent over 200 on going to see Clifford and when my sis went to buy food she is 23 they refused. Due to her being black and young. She gets mistaken for 16 all the time but really is 23 when I her big sis walked up they had no problem letting me order a drink and didnt even barely look at my Id . Then my sister asked them to input the info on the id they said they dont have anything to scan it with. . Ms talitha brys at the Knoxville Kingston pike location said it isnt our job to guess what your age is. basically thats what yall are doing if you dont have anything to verify the age . Illegal activity

All people should stay away from the Lee regal theaters due to all illegal activities occurring on property all theaters in the Seattle area since customer service is unable to answer phone with a live person to complete this actions will be taken in the near future

Illegal activity

Company does not have customer service any longer we have access to someone to speak to concerning problems now bring me to a point where I met strike that I will be filing legal action against Cinema in the near future since I do not have a means of discussion with anybody Oni automated email Facebook Twitter what are the insufficient cuz they can ignore that information this is why you supposed to have personnel to answer phones

Unsatisfied with responses from Regal customer service

NdTo update my subsctiption and to find out why I was charged in June without being notified that payments resumed. My husband and I signed up on the same day and at the same time for a monthly subscription, pre-pandemic. We have been trying to upgrade the membership for 3 months. My husband was able to cancel for the upgrade. I was told I had 2 more months on my subscription. How is this even possible if we both signed up at the same time. I want the original subscription terminated. I still have not received any response regarding the June payment or refund.
