Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The issue with Regal is not resolved.
Although I was able to find the "third party" and their number. I got my money back with an apology. The only thing Regal did was tell me, "we are sorry for any inconvenience. Do not join Regal's fan club.
They have no idea who that company is and will do nothing to help you find out who it is. It took me a call to the bank for a name of the third party. At first I got a *** number, but my niece found the right number. It was an hour at least to straighten out.
Nothing but "we're sorry for any inconvenience " from Regal. They have very lousy customer service.
I was able to find out the name of the mysterious third party. It is fansclub.com, a site to buy a domain name for a fan club business.
Still could not get through to anyone.
Even their phone number didn't work. Scam, scam, and more scam!
Instead of getting a rebate, I got charged $24. When I attempted a refund, it took me well over 20 minutes to finally locate a contact. I was informed that the offer was made through a third party. I attempted to find out the name of the third party and their answer was to look at where the offer was made.
It was made on Regal's web page! They insist that it is the third party's responsibility to refund, so I need to find out their name and go through them. I asked for the company name at least 4 times and still cannot find out the third party's name. My stand is that they offered the rebate on their web page, so they should know the name and be at least partly responsible.
I feel this is a scam and I got ripped off. I have reported this to my credit card company and requested a new card since I have no idea who the third party is. But I am done with Regal Cinemas if this cannot get corrected. They now say they have no idea who the third party is and it is up to me to figure it out.
I already put this out on Facebook and will do all I can to get the word out to people that if you attempt a rebate, you will get ripped off as I did, and don't trust Regal Cinemas.
I was finally able to find out who the mysterious third party was that handled the fan club. It is fansclub.com, which is a place for buying a domain name for fanclubs.
I still could not talk to anyone. Scam, scam, and more scam!

Just waiting to see if you have the stupidity to show the Melania movie. Shes the wife of a *** who came to the US because of Epstein. And btw, they need to release ALL the files, since right now, they are breaking the law and obstructing justice!

Handicapped seating unavailable
I am trying to get a ticket for the Metropolitan Opera showing of Cinderella two weeks from now. I am handicapped, and all handicapped seating has been sold online already.
Since almost all tickets have been sold already for the opera, whether handicapped or not, I am trying to learn if another theater, a larger one, could be used. I cannot get a human to respond.
Preferred solution: One handicap seat to the February 14, 2026 showing of the Metropolitan operas “Cinderella.“

I purchased tickets to regal cinema and was given 60 minutes to cancel order without any penalty. I decided to cancel 20 minutes after purchase however website said I needed to contact the theatre. I called over 10 ten times and no one answered leaving me without a refund.

Issues purchasing tickets on app unable to finish purchase at end it won't let me complete
No customer service..im paying for a membership and the last three months im unable to purchase tickets on the day of movie I would like to watch. So what am I paying for?
Any help would be grately appreciated. Im not going to movies anymore because this app isn't working. Ill be canceling my subscription very soon if its not fixed due to the inconvenience and would like to be compensated.
The clerks at Regal Waterford CT said 3 times so far that the manager would have the issue fixed,but im still having issues with it. Thanks for your time

Resolved: Talk closing a theater in my neighborhood about my account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. The show building in my neighborhood had closed in September.
I was charged the monthly fee after the closure… email the company they refunded the money. If there was another show in my area, there would not have been a problem.
It’s just that united artists had closed in my area. Other than that did not have a problem with the company commented on how beautiful and the interior of the show was and how clean the facility was sorry that it left.
They responded to an email and issued me a refund after the initial closing of the theater. Before this happened, the theater was very close to my neighborhood and very clean, and I enjoyed watching a movie there.

It is so complicated to contact someone personally at Regal. I just want to switch another credit card to continue with Unlimited membership. I guess they call this website Pissedconsumer because it *** you off how complicated the consumer service actually is.
Preferred solution: I need to change the credit card used automatically every month on my Unlimited membership for another credit card. Just that but it seems SO impossible m!
