Regal Cinemas: Profit over Professionalism

My wife and I were seated in the first row all the way to the left and heard crackling coming out of the theater during the loudest action scenes of Wonder Woman. After bringing this to the attention of the Manager and that it negatively affected our viewing, he thanked us. After asking for reward or partial refund, the Manager said there was nothing he could do. After insisting and stating that we have lived across the street from this theater for 6 years and that this was our first complaint, he still said there was nothing he could do except tell his tech to fix the problem. Is this the kind of treatment Regal instills in Managers for loyal, local, long time customers that bring a technical problem to their attention? Otherwise, seek alternatives like Alamo Drafthouse, indie theaters, or local film festivals.

Regal unlimited subscription

I think it's crazy that they charge 25 dollars and won't let you cancel when You need to. I have emailed several times.

Cancellation of Regal Unlimited Movie Plan

Dear Sirs: please cancel my plan until further notice, I can't afford it, nor have I found the time to go to the theater. Thank you James A Larkin I can't find a place on their app for the option to cancel, nor can i find it on their site.

Need to upgrade my tier

YES! Firstly, I was charged 20,000 points for a movie I never went to see at Hollywood in TN. Secondly, I was overcharged because I needed to cancel my Tier 1 to upgrade to a Tier 2 plus member in my new TN area. The Tier 1 was finalized at the end of the month, yet it charged my account for the next month. Then, my Tier 2 charged for the new account AT THE SAME TIME. Thirdly, I have had problems logging into my account so I need to simply have them take my phone # at the counter. This doesnt update my movies in the APP. The managers are trying to help but its been a really tough journey. What is this? What can I do? (828)800-****

I never signed up for this and couldnt reach them by phone when I did finally two separate caller hung up on me

So Im standing in line for a movie and in the middle of the line they decide to stop taking cash to check the drawer they couldve waited till the line was done. To make it worse the staff pretty much said too bad!

Had trouble claiming offer

Could not claim an offer in the app as advertised, so I tried contacting them, which is difficult to find a number or email. I finally did hear back with an explanation, and they asked how I wanted to proceed. I sent my answer right back, but it's been 2 weeks and I have not heard back again.

Regal unlimited account

I signed up for the 90 day unlimited movie pass September 11th and I got an email on October 11th stating my monthly fee couldn't be collected. I shouldn't be making a payment until December 11th.

I want to stop payment to my checkbook!!!! The week after my husband bought this the theater closed because of the pandemic, they reinstated and started withdrawing after the theater opened. My husband has NOT and I repeat NOT been able to go to the movies Were TOO far behind on our monthly bills and the last thing we need is a payment coming directly out of our checking account. I purchased tickets on the regal app but did not receive them however the money came out of my account I can prove it and I want a refund ASAP I purchased tickets online for the 6:40pm showing of the saints of Newark at farmingdale imax on Michael street in farmingdale when I got to the theater they said I did not have tickets so I purchased them again in person however the next morning the original purchase was out of my bank account so I have paid over 200 dollars for 7 tickets to the same show I want a refund ASAP

Not a good experience would like a refund

They was rude and after I paid my money I didn't get enjoyable experience they made it difficult getting in to enjoy the movie I had purchase a year pass unlimited movies

Cancel my regal unlimited subscription NOW

Why is the customer call center shut down?!! Quite convenient when people want to cancel their subscription. Then using email as the only means to get a hold of uguys. And at a delay on top of that! All the while uguys are still taking our money. Shame on you! These tactics will not be tolerated. Cancel my unlimited subscription NOW!
