On 8-10-21 while taking grandkids to the movies, The Jungle Cruise,

was charged approx. $167 for one soft drink, which I realized the next day when I checked my bank as I used my debit card.

Could not get to anyone at the local cinema, so I went down there on that Friday and was told (after giving them my info) that they would be back to me shortly.

After a week , I went there again and was told sorry, but the manager looked for 3 hours and could not find anything and I would now need to go to corporate (looked for 3 hours but could not bother to call me);;;; So the process is email through corporate - once again sent all of my info and complaint and it is now 11-1, 3 MONTHS LATER, and was told through email they would send a check or gift card, I asked for a refund and NOTHING

Now it would seem my emails are no longer being responded to.

Sheesh, just won't be going there anymore and will certainly let others no of my bad experience, as that is all I can do. Will just write off the $167 to typical corporate crap.

User's recommendation: do not go to this cinema, but if you go be sure and check your receipt and count your money.

Monetary Loss: $167.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Regal Cinemas Pros: Movies offered.

Regal Cinemas Cons: Poor planning and counter staff, Bad customer service and failure to honor discount, Corporate customer service.
