I order online... I picked Starlight in Charlotte NC and when ticket was issued it was for Birkdale.
We went to Starlight and the individual scan and told us Theater 3 so we went to set down for the showing at 3:45pm. The movie theater 3 was playing Guy and we went to ask about our movie. They informed us that movie was not showing at that location. So we did not have time to drive 1 hours away to get to the other theater.
The manager offer us to watch a movie but ask us to purchase more tickets and ask customer service for a refund.
1. If we pick a location it should not switch on us.
2. We should have been able to get a refund online but because his staff scan the barcode it would not give us the option.
To be told we have to spend another $35.04 and not guaranteed to get our another money back because his staff scan our barcode passed us off.
We left the building madder that heck.
We would like a FULL REFUND. no
