I use to go to this movie theatre when I was a little child, but I will never step foot in this theatre again. My family and I were discriminated against because we were “sitting in the wrong seats” we moved without trouble though, but the thing that had us upset was that we were the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE THEATRE ASKED TO MOVE.

NO ONE ELSE WAS ASKED TO SEE THEIR TICKET AND OTHER PEOPLE WERE IN THE WRONG SEATS BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE IN OURS WHEN WE GOT THERE. THIS LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN SARASOTA, FLORIDA NEEDS A NEBullshitW MANAGEMENT TEAM, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAYBE A NEW POLICY SINCE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS RIGHT.

WORSE MOVIE EXPERIENCE EVER. THINKS FOR RUINIG A FAMILY NIGHT OUT Bullshit

Don’t sit in the wrong seats and you won’t be asked to move. Why didn’t you ask the people in your seats to move?

Anonymous?Like I said in my comment, we were not mad about moving.

We were mad that no one else had to, and they were definitely in the wrong seats. NOW you can take your two cents elsewhere because I’m pretty sure I didn’t ask for them ANONYMOUS!
