I added my new credit card as my method of payment for my membership. For some reason, they continue to NOT accept the new credit card.
There response to my complaints have been pitifully BAD!!

Awful. Can’t get my Regal membership working and no one to help. I even sent an email to the address given thru their contact us link. Came back as an error. They obviously couldn’t care less about their customers or any kind of customer support .
