This was a joke. You call them and it immediately sends a message to your phone to email them. Regal sucks!
They texted me and asked how long I wanted to freeze my account responded quickly I really dont have anything more.
I added my new credit card as my method of payment for my membership. For some reason, they continue to NOT accept the new credit card.
There response to my complaints have been pitifully BAD!!
