Never received my refund

I purchased 2 tickets for the movie Searching at Sunrise theater 4 on 10/29/18. We weren't able to stay so we got a refund before the movie started. The manager said it would be on my card the next day but it's 11/11/18 now and I still don't have the refund in my account

Worst corporate decision ever!

Been going to the movies for 50 years...one thing I really love to do...I hadn't been in a couple of months..I went today and discovered the new reserve seating policy...I think it is totally ridiculous...it takes for ever to get your tickets now with people deciding what movie they want to see and using their credit cards to pay for it...but now we have to wait why people pick out where they want to sit...OMG... it takes some people forever....you can hardly see the little blue squares on the screen and where the seats are in relation to where you want to sit...and then they disagree..."I want to sit here...no that's too close...lets sit here...no I want and aisle seat"..really..are you kidding me...then in the theater..if the movie has started it's dark and because the numbers aren't lit you can't see them to find your seat... and then what if some one is in your seat...now you have to confront them or go to the lobby and try and find a manger...good luck with that...the whole movie experience for me is now so much more of a hassle I have to really think twice about do I even want to go...people say just go on line and reserve your seat...why should I have to do that? do I have to pay for them on line when I do that? what if I have gift cards?... there just are so many issues to going to a movie now that never existed before...Please tell me the reasoning behind this decision...is it to accommodate your online users?...why?.. so they don't have to get there early?...I would think you would want your customers there early...so they can buy more of the overpriced concessions that are a huge part of your profits...just tell me why you are doing this...what I am missing?..it seems to me you created a whole series of problems that never existed before....in my mind..."worst corporate decision ever".....

I have not heard one word from Regal Cinemas....I don't think they really care what I think...I would just like to know what their reasoning is behind this decision...I asked their manager and he said he had no idea why they made this policy...I asked him "doesn't it really slow things down for people buying tickets when it is really busy?"..he said..."yes...it does"...I can't believe more people aren't upset by this...it is really an unneeded hassle to going to the movies...makes no sense to me...

Butter stained pants

Regal Cinemas - Butter stained pants
My friends and I love your theater in Columbia, MD. The theater is clean, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Our only complaint is the bag the popcorn comes in. Every time my husband gets popcorn, the butter he adds leaks into his jeans. Is there anyway you can either double the bags or have strong bags that will hold in the butter. Thank you so much!

I work for Regal cinemas. These people asking for refund after the showtime because of emergency reason, flat tire, forgot about the movie, wrong showtime, wrong theater, no order confirmation are the stupidest of the stupid! You guys think we are going to refund you...

Ticket problems

My ticket I purchased in advance on May 4th, 2018, I haven't received them yet on my mobile app! ID# 24464**** at Bossier city LA, Louisiana Boardwalk Stadium 14 IMAX, for 10am, 5/26/2018, seat J14! Stay Away!

It's really too bad. Very comfortable seating with the recliner seats. The problem is that the staff is so incompetent and rude that I'll never go back there. I asked for tickets for a particular movie, and they gave me tickets for a different movie. When I brought it to their attention they didn't even apologize. They acted like I was trying to rip THEM off! They finally gave me my money back, but I never got to see my movie. Another time I asked for a ticket for a show at one particular time but they gave me a ticket for a different time that the movie was showing. What are they smoking?

Short and to the point, this comment doesn't waste anyone's time. It lets the reader know in a handful of words that they are annoyed at the company.

Now, the possibilities are endless.

Let's let our imaginations run wild for a moment. What was the issue? Was the movie crowded?

Was the bathroom filthy? Did a Wookiee run in and suplex the complainant on behalf of the theatre due to not liking his shoe color?

The world may never know.

Ive never experienced any problems at Regal 12 in Oceanside, its my favorite theatre. The person who helped me (Aaron) at concessions was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Please hire more people like him.

New Movie not showing

I go to the movies every time a new children's movie shows. I had planned to tkae my children to see Queen of Katwee and Peculiar Children on the same day. As I'm looking for the times I notice Queen of Katwee is not showing in Port St Lucie FL. The closest Regal cinema that is showing it, is 60 or more miles away. I'm puzzled by that. My children and I have been going to regal cinema all their lives. They are hyped about seeing two movies the same day and staying out late, as they would say it. They are 7 and 8 years of age. I'm trying to stay positive but I would like to know why is Queen of Katwee not showing at the treasure coast mall in Jenson beach FL? looks racist!

Queen of Katwe is a moderate-release movie. The studio released it in roughly 1,200 North American theatres.

For comparison, Miss Peregrine was released in 3,500 theatres. It was Disney who made the decision to do a small release for Queen of Katwe, likely because they didn't think it had much mainstream appeal.

send us tickets to go and see the movie at Royal Palm FL.Many families would have saw the movie at the treasure coast mall. It's always a good turn out for children movies. Still not sure why its not showing a perfectly great family movie at Jensen Beach

Regal Cinemas - Manager Review from Somersworth, New Hampshire

So me and two friends showed up early for seats and what're in line for q half an hour to see that all the seats were sold out so we than saw creed wich is a great film. But the lines for concessions were so long that I'm happy I only needed a drink because I stuck in food:).but after the manager finally opened another window wich was good. But right when I got to the order part the *** manager decided to leave and help his untrained employe next to him. The ticket boy was an unskilled people person and talked only with a in natural tone and was extremely rude and well was just bad, so I will tell you this if your going to the regal in pourtsmouth be aware the service is *** and so is the overal attitude to us spending are hard earned money is a joke so *** regal I'm just going to watch it on netflex next time

Checking Bags

I like going to your theaters but the news talking about bag checking and gun carry ban bothers me. Checking bags that could carry long guns is logical or for multiple guns. Criminals or crazy people will not care about signs banning handguns and will not obey them and WILL be able to get a concealed firearm in the theater unless you use metal detectors. I carry concealed everywhere I go and have a license to do so for my protection in this crazy world. Most law abiding people will obey signs baring guns but like me many will just not go to or spend money in such facilities. You put a stigma on those who carry for good reasons and punish them for just a few bad ones that you can not stop anyway no matter how many rules or checks you make. I know I could conceal multiple guns on me that you will not find unless you frisk me or use a metal detector and I do not want to be in a theater without my legal firearm while a bad guy has a gun. I like many people who carry legally will not disobey a no gun sign and will not go anywhere unprotected choose not to be a patron of such locations. No more movies at your theaters for me until you wise up that we obey laws and criminals do not and you can not stop one that is determined.
