Billing

Office closed- no help at all Web site doesnt help either I need to fix my billing information, I entered the new card # on the app but still getting cant collect payment messages

Regal unlimited pass and covid 19

In the summer of 2019 I signed up for the regal unlimited pass. Halfway through my subscription the pandemic started and theaters close down. Over a year later I receive a charge from regal without any notice that they were planning on charging people for there subscription again. I contact regal and tell them its been well over a year and I would like to cancel. They send me some automated *** explains that I have to finish out my last 4 months of my subscription that I signed up for two years ago. If I knewtgat there would be a killer pandemic halfway through my subscription and they were going to twist my arm and force me to shell out more money two years later I never would have signed up in the first place

User's recommendation: Stay away from regal unlimited. If for any reason you need to cancel you can’t.

Unsatisfied with app, can't update payment & address; some charge by (gt-fin.com) was added when I tried to make a payment.

I want to change my information, the regal app is not allowing me to do so. Id like to have an expiation of (gt-fin.com) and a refund. Explanation explanation

Gift card refund

I was notified via email by Regal, they don’t give refunds. Told me to use it when they open up again

I have a gift card and would like refund. When I call Regal, they give me special number to call and I havent got thru yet. Now I stuck w/ a card I cant use.

Pay to see commercials !!!!

We went to the Regal in Largo Florida We had to sit through about 20 commercials , I go to the movies to get away from that stuff, and here I paid money to see all the same irritating Commercials they show on TV Last time for us we will not go to the movies anymore, would rather just rent one at home and skip the crap

New Ticketing Policy is terrible

Regal corporate has decided to make ticket sales only at the concession stand lines and they are phasing out having a separate ticketing booth. They already had the most inefficient concession lines possible just for getting popcorn and drinks but instead of improving that, they doubled down and made movie ticket purchasing exclusive to those same inefficient concession lines. I'm never going back to Regal as long as this is their new policy. Century Theaters has a very efficient and pleasant purchasing experience where you get your own food and drinks and pay at the register WITH A SEPARATE TICKET BOOTH!

Let people set where they want

Your seating policy stinks. If you get stuck next to a person that don’t take a bath you have to live with it for the next two hours. In stead of letting you get up and move to another place. As usual the people making the rules don’t have to put up with the crap. We went to the movies today when we got to our seat their was a 400 pound monster seating in front of us instead of being able to move to another seat we had to go all the way out to get reassigned. Come on people we are grown up and able to pick our seat.

Wait for Unlimited Plan for families

I posted this on Reddit "Regal Unlimited" forum also: I have a problem with the Regal app in my family getting seats together (2 adults, 2 kids) with our Unlimited Plan. Since July 2019 I have sent emails suggestions to Regal with no responses. We even made the issue known to the theater manager (Naples Fl). FYI- We have kids under 16 yrs and Regal customer service told us to just put the parent's age for kid in order to get the Unlimited Plan for them. So my kids have their own account. My family should be able to reserve or link all 4 seats together by one person! This way I can reserve all 4 seats at once. Too often someone grabs the seat between before I can reserve all 4 seats. Then we have to sit apart and that sucks because I lose access to the popcorn. Another issue with seating a family of 4 is that there is an app algorithm that requires 2 empty seats between you and next reserved seat or 2 seats empty between you and the aisle. I understand they want those two seats for a couple as there are few people that come alone. However, that stops a family from sitting together, because each reservation is made individually on the app. We even tried hitting the "reserve" button at the same time..nope! Sure if we reserve 24 hrs in advance we are ok but we usually decide to go at the last minute. We could also just show up at the concession stand and get out Unlimited Plan seats, but why have the app then???

Wanting more advertising when you pay $13 for a movie?

Last night I noticed there's a full 20 minutes of advertising and previews after movie "start" time. And now commercials mixed amongst the previews for the first time. Pretty soon I'm going to skip the theater completely and just watch at home in a month. Why you shoot yourself in the foot Regal? Short term profits over long term customer satisfaction? #wenotice

Missed first 15 minutes of movie due to employee error

Manager on duty, Terry, would not reimburse our 4 opening night tickets for Joker Auditorium 12 at 6:15pm because when the movie started playing, it was ONLY SOUND..no picture! My son and I walked out to tell an employee that something was wrong and they said they would fix it. The picture started playing with the sound after we missed the first 15 opening minutes of the movie! After the movie, I asked the manager (Terry) to reimburse me for my tickets or at least give me complementary tickets for another showing. He said I could wait, on a school night, with my young kids, for another 45 minutes to watch the beginning in another auditorium! I go to the movies and pay for 4-6 tickets at least once a week and his demeanor was absolutely unacceptable! He just walked off and refused to speak with me while I was STILL talking to him! I did not yell at him or have an ill demeanor with him at all! As much money as I spend here EVERY WEEK, I expect better treatment than this!

Friday night

One logged in young adult at tickets. Another young adult, new, no log in capabilities. Friday night. Unable to purchase your overpriced snacks. Other “adults” somewhere in the back. Oh. One just walked out to see line and walked away. In-frickin-believable! On a Friday late afternoon. Other “adult” still not back. This Kona theater is a joke, and it hurts me to say that. Check it out. Friday. September 20, 2019 at 5:00 pm.

Smell

I just visited the Philipsburg, NJ location for a showing in auditorium 1. It smelled terrible. It was like feet, stale air and rotten moldy carpet. It completely turned my stomach and took away from the experience. Who wants to eat when it smells like that? I will seriously reconsider ever going to that theater again.

Horrible customer service

Regal Cinemas - Horrible customer service
I was thinking of going to a movie the weekend of 8/24-25 and when browsing the Regal App I noticed the promotion for The Peanut Butter Falcon which stated a ticket purchased between 8/23-8/25 would receive a free combo (popcorn/drink) loaded onto the Regal crown club rewards account. I did see the movie and when I checked the next day to ensure the reward was loaded onto my account I noticed it had an expiration date of 6 days. The promotion clearly stated combo good on NEXT VISIT and there was no mention of any time frame or expiration. I reached out via facebook messenger for assistance and the representative was less than helpful, refused to acknowledge the promotion had no time frame listed and refused to help me ensure a free combo on my NEXT VISIT as advertised. I have reached out to my state AGO and am awaiting a follow up on next steps
