Regal Cinemas - Refund
I bought movie tickets and was not available to make it. Drove a hour and 20 minutes to talk to a manager there, because your 888 number is not answering, to just find out I couldnt get a return because it was the next day already. They told me to reach out to you via message or email. Its been more than a week and I would like my refund for $41.

Cancellation

I contacted them two months ago, could not contact anybody officially but an answering person. I don't mind, keeping the membership, but I moved to a place, nearest regal is over 300 miles away. They said keep membership for one year. I was on my tenth month when cobit stopped theaters. My bank stopped 21.00 payments. All l want is this to stop, now l am swamped with text messages demanding payment. I have not been to their theaters for over a year and half. What can l do.D

Experience

Hello, this was my first experience at a movie theater in Florida and being a deaf man I requested a closed captioning device to watch Space Jam with my family. It took a while for them to bring me the device and when I finally got it I went to the movie and it was the wrong one for my movie and I had to go back and wait for someone to come and fix it and I ended up missing the first half hour of the movie and my kids were going back and forth waiting for me asking whats taking so long and everyone was missing out.. It was not the best movie experience and the manager had a really bad attitude. Everyone exceptthe person who served us popcorn had a bad ttitude.

User's recommendation: Expect a non friendly atmosphere at this theater. Nobody smiles or greets you kindly here.

Membership

Moved to a different state and different city in which the new city doesn't have Regal theaters. I have received emails from Regal regarding membership dues not being met, yet do not offer a customer service contact phone number, nor do I still have the same membership contact information. What's so bad, they can easily me about dues but I can't contact them about my account.

Unlimited plan

Unlimited plan locks you in for a year. Can't cancel or put on hold even though pandemic is not over and we aren't at heard immunity. Don't want to sit six inches away from people for two hours who might be contagious. You can't even talk to a live person as they force you to email them for any communication.

Loss of perched tickets I have pictures downloads booking number WXQ4JTH for June 25 2021@7:10pm at the Dole Cannery theater in Imax in Honolulu Hawaii seat G13-14 i have the downloaded tickets on my phone I have proof that I ordered 2 tickets on june 7th 7:37 Hawaii time at the Regal Dole Cannery Theater in Imax I purchased them this 2 $25 gift cards and now it says I have not purchased any tickets and gift card number 6006 49** **21 695 it says zero balance and gift card number 6006 49** **72 592* 687 balance of $7.30 yet when I go to the website or app it says no tickets purchased yetasas

Gift Card Misleading

Regal Cinemas - Gift Card Misleading
Recently found out that my Gift Card has expired do to it being 12 months older than purchase date. The Cinemas excuse for this is "We tell the purchaser". The thing is, these are GIFT cards, you can't expect the purchaser to remember to give this information out to the person they choose to gift this card to. Legal or not, they know this isn't ok, and this is just an easy way to gain money through exploitations of human nature. Change this rule, you guys are even greedier than Safeway and Kroger's, They never have an expiration date. If you can't change this? Be a decent corporation, and write the rules down ON THE CARD ITSELF. Not on a website, not for random people to find out that they can't have movie night.

Regal Cinemas - Refund needed
The manger told me she couldnt do a refund because it needed to be on the same day. She also told me the movie 42 was not included in the unlimited pass which it is NOT true as I had just got off the phone with my unlimited pass customer service people and they said yes it absolutely is part of my Unlimited pass which he told me actually never got reactivated when the Regal reopened for some reason so that is the reason why I got charged. He said they are having problems getting the unlimited members reactivated & that I need to go to back to the Regal Theater in San Marcos where I purchased my tickets to get a refund because I paid at the theater not online. I tried telling Marlene Lopez who is a manager at the Regal in San Marcos but she said told me it’s a special event movie & EVERYBODY pays to see that movie & And that refunds are only done on the day the ticket was purchased, which makes NO sense because I have an UNLIMITED pass to ALL Regal theaters! I am beyond angry they have somebody like her representing Regal, she has no customer service skills & Refused to give me any solutions to what happened. I honestly don’t want to go back to a place that doesn’t listen to what you found out from customer service people at the regal crown club number who Actually know what movies are included in the unlimited membership that I currently have! If my issue is not resolved and somebody doesn’t call me back from the customer number I’m gonna call back to Crown club and cancel my membership because I wouldn’t want to give a penny more to regal for the absolutely terrible customer service and actually she was really rude to me!!! I’ve been in Customer Service almost my entire life so I know how you’re supposed to treat people and that was embarrassing for her!! I hope people above her in the corporate who I contacted today Demote her from being a manager because honestly she’s not manager quality....sometimes the truth hurts!!

Cancellation

We are both over 65 and high risk for Corinvid19 virus and need to cancel Unlimited and since all theaters are closed no reason to pay for something you can't use, so please cancel our account with you.

Amount for unlimited still being taken out of my account after canceling subscription. We are both over 65 and have been told by our doctor not to go out to public places as we are at high risk for this desease.

Refund needed

The issue that I have with Regal Cinema unlimited pass I was in the hospital for 4 months and I was dealing with a health ailment I haven't used the subscription I had everything actually canceled and I had someone taking care of my affairs I actually have I don't understand when I resume my membership you're charged me over $100 just to go and use the membership starting March I just don't understand what is that do you have any damn kind of decency for a person that been in the hospital dealing with the issue of Health I understand there's a contract but it should be some common decency when a person is dealing with a health issue I just don't understand how you can take a person on a fixed income total amount of money for your own greed

How is it their problem you didn't use the membership you paid for? When you signed up in the beginning you knew getting to the theater was a part of it. If you want to bring up decency then you need to understand responsibility.

Complaint multiple concessions & manager

We went to see a movie on 2/28 @ 4:41 pm and the movie was suppose to start at 4:45. Purchased two adult tickets, milk duds, snickers bites and two large soda's. The guy kyle who served us told me that we were in movie theatre number 9. We set in the theatre watched all the previews and the movie impractical jokers started. I went out and asked kyle if he was sure we were in the right theatre and he said yes there was just a short film before the movie started. I went back to the theatre waiting for invisible man to start. But the movie kept playing. Came back out and asked how long the short film was going to be and the young lady then said we were in the wrong movie. We were in there for a half hour and by the time we realized that the person kyle who sold us our tickets with theatre number 9 on it gave us the wrong tickets our movie was already a half hour into the movie. So we have 20 dollars worth of popcorn we no longer need and soda almost still filled to the top and they made it seem like it was our fault when we told them we wanted the 445 movie. All they offered us back was money for the tickets and never asked how they could accommodate us for their mistake. We come to this movie theatre all of the time and have never had this problem.

TOO MANY AND TOO LONG PREVIEW, COMMERICAL BEFORE FEATURE MOVIE

THE PREVIEWS AND COMMERICALS SEEMINGLY WENT ON FOREVER, LAST PREVIOUS MOVIE i WENT TOO, WAS 8 YEARS AGE AND NOW i REMEMBER WHY i QUIT GOING... MOVIES HAVE REALLY DISENTERGRATED IN QUALITY.. THE PREVIEWS I SAW WERE REALLY "CHEAP" SOUNDING MOVIES....I MEAN REAL CHEAP. TRASHY MOVIES, LANGUAGE TYPES, REAL JUCK.....I REFUSE TO PAY ADMISSION TO SIT SO LONG AND WATCH THE TRASH SHOWN ON THE SCREEN, MUCH LESS BUY ANY OF YOUR OVER PRICED CONCESSIONS....SELL MORE IF THEY WERE REASONABLE....
