Regal Cinemas - Unable to access unlimited ticket on app
IThis is the second time in two weeks that my husbands forever email and password are not recognized on the Regal App. It is supposed to be a simple matter to get a ticket with this app, especially since it is paid for! We are extremely unhappy with the inability to contact anyone who can fix this, either by phone or email. Will someone please tell us the secret code for this to work?? Aargh!

Need to cancel

Phone number is no good. Transfers to unknown language and hangs up. Tial *** and I'm more pissed now. Thanks for nothing

Complaint

Spent two hours in a freezing cold theater. When I asked for my money back I was told they could buy without the tickets which my husband had just thrown away. The manager said they would not refund without the tickets and they would not get them out of the trash to do the refund.

Regal pass issues

I did no sign up to start the movie pass again, but Regal has been billing me for the past 4 months and I am not going to movies. Stop the billing and reimburse me for the last 4 months or send me movie tickets/pass equal to the amount already paid. Regal has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Not only is the information they offer confusing and inaccurate, the delay in response time is significant. My average response time with them for questions and concerns has been 5-7 DAYS. They closed their customer service call center so the only way to reach them is by email.

Card not working

I went to see No Time to Die on October 10th. When I paid for the ticket gave the card to the agent it didn't register for the credit. I tried to do it on your website it did Not work because I couldn't read the numbers on the ticket. Could you please credit me and sent me a new card. Thank you, Anthony Puchta
