Harassment by General Manager and verbal abuse by viewer due to a viewer like us: paying customer got offended because my husband received a text while on call for EMS.He was not talking on the phone.

The viewer proceeded to yell out curse at my husband while our two school age elementary children were present. The general manager then spoke with us and stood over us to observe if my husband was on his phone. A text lit up again and the manager spoke to us. I then asked him why was he talking to us and not the guy it was a one sided story we felt harassed saw much of the movie left and got our money back.

The customer shouldn't have used profanity but your husband was just as much in the wrong as that person. You're not supposed to have your cell phone on in the theater for any reason after the show starts, EMS on call or not, text or not. It's considered rude.
