What's the point of having assigned seating when there are other people in your seats upon your arrival? Are you supposed to make a big deal out of it, and force the offending patrons to move?
In my case, it was a Tuesday at 1:30 and the theater was very empty, so I just went up a row. But shortly thereafter, two more people came in, and I think we ended up in THEIR seats. I don't know because they made no issue. I would have been really upset if the theater had been full and ran into the same scenario.
Will the theater then have to resort to ushers? I don't think so, so I will stay away from this complex in the future.
Review about: Regal Cinemas Movie Theater Facility.
Reason of review: No policing of policy.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Lack of supervised reserved seating, Mandatory reclining seats.
