I accidentally purchased tickets to the wrong regal cinema location. When I called the customer service department, the connection would mysteriously be disconnected when I ask for a refund.

I sent an email and they replied claiming they cannot refund me if the movie is within an hour of when I purchased the ticket. I bought the ticket at 2:49pm and the movie started at 4:30pm. If my math is correct, that is longer than an hour.

I replied to them with these facts and they have never replied. Simply awful customer service, I definitely will not return.

It said you need to contact the customer service to request a refund atleast an hour prior to showtime! It did not say that you need to place the order at least at hr to get a refund!

Next time, be smart enough to know how to book tickets properly.

Dont put the blame on the company when YOU are the one who placed the purchase. No refunds after the showtime, that is the refund policy.
