Unlimited Subscription

Regal has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Not only is the information they offer confusing and inaccurate, the delay in response time is significant. My average response time with them for questions and concerns has been 5-7 DAYS. They closed their customer service call center so the only way to reach them is by email.

My payment was processed however I still do not have access to the Regal on limited movies. I am not able to see movies on an unlimited basis even though I have paid good hard earned money

Card not working

I went to see No Time to Die on October 10th. When I paid for the ticket gave the card to the agent it didn't register for the credit. I tried to do it on your website it did Not work because I couldn't read the numbers on the ticket. Could you please credit me and sent me a new card. Thank you, Anthony Puchta

Unnecessary Card Charge

I am being charged twice to have regal unlimited when it should be one. I need to resolve this issue because I like having the membership, but I shouldn't have to pay twice.

Kkkkkkkkkkkkk said she was just fine with that you didnt even know what you said about it lol I guess she just got a call back in the middle room and she didnt even know she was just hanging out lol she said she was just trying so she didnt even know she was asleep so she didnt hug her back lol she said I didnt know

I think it's crazy that they charge 25 dollars and won't let you cancel when You need to. I have emailed several times.

Cancellation of Regal Unlimited Movie Plan

Dear Sirs: please cancel my plan until further notice, I can't afford it, nor have I found the time to go to the theater. Thank you James A Larkin I can't find a place on their app for the option to cancel, nor can i find it on their site.

Need to upgrade my tier

YES! Firstly, I was charged 20,000 points for a movie I never went to see at Hollywood in TN. Secondly, I was overcharged because I needed to cancel my Tier 1 to upgrade to a Tier 2 plus member in my new TN area. The Tier 1 was finalized at the end of the month, yet it charged my account for the next month. Then, my Tier 2 charged for the new account AT THE SAME TIME. Thirdly, I have had problems logging into my account so I need to simply have them take my phone # at the counter. This doesnt update my movies in the APP. The managers are trying to help but its been a really tough journey. What is this? What can I do? (828)800-****

I never signed up for this and couldnt reach them by phone when I did finally two separate caller hung up on me

No cash accepted

So Im standing in line for a movie and in the middle of the line they decide to stop taking cash to check the drawer they couldve waited till the line was done. To make it worse the staff pretty much said too bad!
