Harassing and charging money for subscription

So in 2020 I wrote them an email that I would not be continuing the subscription, but they never replied now they are harassing me either pay for 12 months or they'll report to debt consolidation- what is wrong with these companies how can someone pay if they don't want to watch movies. This is happening and forcing to pay. I have a kid and I don't want to go and watch in theaters.

Keep getting charged for tix thought I have unlimited

Hi Ive been going back to the movies and every time I go I get charged for the movie and I thought I had unlimited for 20 bucks a month

Unlimited plan

Unlimited plan locks you in for a year. Can't cancel or put on hold even though pandemic is not over and we aren't at heard immunity. Don't want to sit six inches away from people for two hours who might be contagious. You can't even talk to a live person as they force you to email them for any communication.

Unsatisfied with app, can't update payment & address; some charge by (gt-fin.com) was added when I tried to make a payment.

I want to change my information, the regal app is not allowing me to do so. Id like to have an expiation of (gt-fin.com) and a refund. Explanation explanation

Cancelling

I signed up for unlimited movies for 1 year....that was over 2years ago. The theater was closed for covid. When they opened up they tried charging m ymmv card and sent me a notice that if I didnt pay they would charge me a whole year. It's not my fault the theater closed for covid. I only wanted the 1 year commitment for....1 year....not 3. I have tried cancelling many times. This seems pretty unethical to me.

Having a problem with the unlimited

Cannot reach customer service to fix my unlimited subscription plan that work before the pandemic it's probably because the car that I had probably expired and all I need to do is fix the expiration date however you cannot get a hold of anyone they have no live answering machine I've tried Twitter I've tried email I tried customer service phone numbers nothing terrible customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Regal finally reached out to me and took care of my situation..

I have been trying to call and email Regal for two months now to cancel my unlimited pass. I keep getting charged with no way to speak to anyone or stop my subscription. I did not agree to continue after the pandemic and am getting billed. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are basically stealing money and not allowing anyone to contact them. Boycott Regail.

Concession

GTheater was closed Over a year. My concession gift cards for $15 each expired over the year. The theater would not take them last week. This is pathetic Customer service

Loss of perched tickets I have pictures downloads booking number WXQ4JTH for June 25 2021@7:10pm at the Dole Cannery theater in Imax in Honolulu Hawaii seat G13-14 i have the downloaded tickets on my phone I have proof that I ordered 2 tickets on june 7th 7:37 Hawaii time at the Regal Dole Cannery Theater in Imax I purchased them this 2 $25 gift cards and now it says I have not purchased any tickets and gift card number 6006 49** **21 695 it says zero balance and gift card number 6006 49** **72 592* 687 balance of $7.30 yet when I go to the website or app it says no tickets purchased yetasas

Unecessary charges to my Visa debit card account

My debit credit card got a charge for the monthly fee for your Regal club membership? I currently live in the city of Santa Cruz, California Santa Cruz County. Your Regal Cinemas are no longer in this City of ( Santa Cruz, California) or it's County. I also don't have reliable transportation to and from other existing Regal Cinemas locations outside of Santa Cruz County California 95060. I would ask that you refund my NetSpend Visa Debit card. Of which you've charged today of Thursday June 17th, 2021. My appropriated funds on my NetSpend Visa Debit card are meant for other utility bills
