Unsatisfied with responses from Regal customer service

NdTo update my subsctiption and to find out why I was charged in June without being notified that payments resumed. My husband and I signed up on the same day and at the same time for a monthly subscription, pre-pandemic. We have been trying to upgrade the membership for 3 months. My husband was able to cancel for the upgrade. I was told I had 2 more months on my subscription. How is this even possible if we both signed up at the same time. I want the original subscription terminated. I still have not received any response regarding the June payment or refund.

Over chargeed

Unable to access unlimited ticket on app

Regal Cinemas - Unable to access unlimited ticket on app
IThis is the second time in two weeks that my husbands forever email and password are not recognized on the Regal App. It is supposed to be a simple matter to get a ticket with this app, especially since it is paid for! We are extremely unhappy with the inability to contact anyone who can fix this, either by phone or email. Will someone please tell us the secret code for this to work?? Aargh!

Need to cancel

Phone number is no good. Transfers to unknown language and hangs up. Tial *** and I'm more pissed now. Thanks for nothing

Management

Went to see no time to die. The theater was feeling cold. Spent $30 and two hours freezing because I did not want to miss any of the movie. Complained to the manager when we left the theater and he said he would refund money and asked for the tickets. My husband stated he had just thrown them away. The manager then told him he could not refund without the tickets. The manager said they would not go retrieve the tickets from the trash and my husband and him had some loud words exchanged. The manager then said he was calling the cops while the manager hid in the back. The cops arrived and told us the manager had said my husband had tried to jump the counter, which was completely untrue. There are seven camera in front of the counter they could look at the tapes and see this was not true. The manager is just racist and wanted the cops to arrest my husband so he made up lies. We were escorted off the property with no refund, so I guess in a way the manger got what he wanted. Worst movie theater and management. That guy should not be dealing with the public

Complaint

Spent two hours in a freezing cold theater. When I asked for my money back I was told they could buy without the tickets which my husband had just thrown away. The manager said they would not refund without the tickets and they would not get them out of the trash to do the refund.

Regal pass issues

I did no sign up to start the movie pass again, but Regal has been billing me for the past 4 months and I am not going to movies. Unlimited cancellations
