BAD customer un-service

I go out a lot but some of the employees AND the Manager need a lesson in manners and etiquette. Imagine a MANAGER walking up behind a customer saying "What do you want" and imagine a employee being rude to a customer. this is because the manager has a bad attitude. They need to get a job elsewhere if they hate their jobs so much. Not a single employee there was customer friendly or knew how to respect people. CAN'T stand this theater. An employee sold Me refillable soda/popcorn and I went back to refill both. While one employee was filling them another employee sweeping the floor came by and said the drink was not refillable. I explained that I bought refillable drinks and She said " No You didn't" in a rude condescending tone and turn on Her heels and left. The man threw out the drink, what a waste. Their employees need to be taught how to speak to ederly people and never call them liars.

Show times not accurate

came here today expecting to see Black Panther at 140pm. When we got to the theater the movie actually started at 240 (1 hr later). Had to settle for a movie that we really didn't want to see. The manager told us that we should not rely on Regals web site times and to only use Fandango. Manager didn't seem to care about our inconvenience. Manager wasnt really engaged with our complaint as it took 3 times to get him to understand our predicament

Regals janitorial service stole my wallet.

You assume you lost it in the theatre, itself, but you made no mention of verifying it was in your possession when you sat down. Who’s to say it didn’t fall from your pocket as you were walking in the hallway?

Or if you went to the restroom?It’s possible that the overnight cleaners took your wallet, but it’s also possible you left it somewhere else, even at the Concession stand for another customer to pick up.

To state that the cleaning crew definitely took it without any evidence to back up that claim is a baseless accusation. And unless the theatre has cameras in the auditoriums, which is rare, there’s nothing they could possibly investigate.
