Worse customer service.

I have an old card that was compromised on my account I keep putting my new one in keep getting notes thats not taken care of I dont know if my Regal is done now or not it finally showed it back up I have had to put my card in three times the good one and it will not allow me to take the bad went off because it says its the one that is on unlimited its not its dead someone stole it.WHAT MAKES ME GO FROM LOVING THIS BEFORE PANDIMIC IS HUMANS APPARENTLY DONT EXIST IN UOUR COMPANY ANYMORE. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A CALL BACK WITH A CALLER ID THAT SHOWS regal or at LEAST LEAVE A MESS TO WITH A EXT # so I can call back.
I REALLY DONT WANT TO PIT ON MY fb whats happening.
Because I loved the unlimited until the pandemic so cute you guys get your crap together so people will start coming to your movies more often again and not make it a hassle to we have to go to computers and craft instead of speak to edit human and we have a problem your thing tells me to call a certain number I called it she tells me to send to the link that I got the number from so its a vicious circle.
PLEASE JUST CALL AND GET ME HELP. I WANT TO BE GOING TO REGAL MOVIES THANK YOU TONYA
