We went to the movie theater, Regal Cinemas South Beach 18 on November 1st, 2014. We went to see Wipsplash @ the 5:05 show. Theater #6. My husband and I sat on the middle of the last row. There was no one else sitting on that row. There was about 20 something...

Regal Cinemas - Child Ticket Review from San Bernardino, California

I went to go see the rerelease of saw with my family and it turns out that my son was too young to watch it . I purchased the tickets and they told me when I was walking in that he had to be at least 7 but I was never told when I purchased two child tickets . I was refunded my money but I was basically kicked out . I was under the impression that rated r movies were fine as long as accompanied with adult .

You didn't have to buy it, did you know that?

I feel you. The wife and I got two 20oz waters at the Division st theater in Portland and it cost $4.75 each totally ridiculous.

We stopped at plaid pantry on way home and same water was $1.69 each. Way to rip family's off Regal cinemas that's why people sneak in food

Theatre Seating Review

We went to the theater in Boise Idaho off of overland. And we watched ouija. There was a lady there with three small kids in the same theatre. During the movie she allowed her kids to run around screaming and behave so ill mannered. Second of all who brings three infants to this type of movie. When we asked management to do something about the behavior they did nothing. I'm so not impressed.

Regal Cinemas - Filthy Cinema Review from Bellevue, Washington

My fiance and i visited Regal Cinemas cypress creek in fort lauderdale Florida on October 11, 2014 where the both of us were bitten by bugs and left with red tiny bumps, But we let that go and returned yesterday night October 21, 2014 @10:45 to see "Addicted" in auditorium #1 when a RAT yes a RAT came out from under the seats on the very top row of where we had been sitting and jumped right on my fiance..We ran straight for the exit to management but guess what management says? Yes it is probably from the weather change! Excuse me? They can't be serious! We were given 2 réadmission tickets..Why would we want to go back to that filthy place they call a business?

Rats/Mice are to be expected at movie theatres. After all, these are places where the public feels it's their duty to leave and/or throw popcorn crumbs all over the place.

I don't doubt that it happened, but if you don't think rodents come out to play at night at your favorite restaurant too, then you're kidding yourself.

All businesses that deal with food have exterminator services and they increase service depending on time of the year. If weather had just changed it may have been between services and you seeing the thing might have been their first indicator to increase their exterminator service.

Meet the Mormons movie *** game

Went to see a movie about Mormans. Was written up as a documentary. Showed fabulous ratings. Turns out we paid to see an LDS movie that was propaganda trolling for followers. The movie sucked and the manager at the theater said there was nothing he could do as the Mormons rented the theater from Regal. I resent paying to see a film that pretends to be something else and turns out to be a poorly disguised religious cult film. I want my money and my time back from Regal Cinemas! Now they have my money to help them try and convert more people to their cult like religion.

You should probably look into what you are watching. If you expected it to be about the play then LOL.

Bad decision on your part.

Also, from what I've heard the Mormons don't have your money, they gave it all to Red Cross.

#897803

the Church didn't "rent" the theatre to play "Meet the Mormons". Regal volunteered to book the film and are in 100% compliance with dealing with film rentals and is not held accountable in the film's content. Plus, agree - why should they refund your money if you watched the entire film?

Do you go to a restaurant, order a dinner and eat the entire dinner, then whine to the manager that the dinner was a disgrace and you want your money back?

#889568

And by the way the Mormons have your money not Regal Cinemas. The theatre at most made .75 cents off of your ticket.

#889566

The mormon movie was exactly what every religious film is going to be about. Their religion and trying to convert you.

This is not a surprise. The mormons did not rent out the theatre for this !! It is a limited release film and is put out by the film industry as such. Regal cinemas is not responsible for the fact that you wasted your money on a mormon film.

The theatre it self is told how many times a day to run the film...THAT IS ALL !! You need to vent you frustrations at the Mormon church, they are the ones that put this *** out in the theatres.

Regal Cinemas - Dirty Bathroom Review from Petersburg, Virginia

our new theater in Gambrills Maryland has the filthiest men's room bathrooms I have ever seen. Every urinal floor is filthy and I complained about it many times. They never wash the floor of urine. I have never seen anyone from accompany go in there and clean up!I go to their competition in Annapolis most of the time because it is cleaner. I mention this to my A.A.R.P. group and I tell them not ti go here! A shame really!

Employee Review

My mom had bought my friends and I movie tickets to watch an R rated movie. This new young kid, Anthony, thought he would be cool and show up to the movies to kick us out. When checking our tickets he was being rude to us and the person working with us was like sorry about his rudness. We think that he was very disrespectful.

Regal Cinemas Modesto CA

I drove 20 minutes to meet a PARTY of friends to see a movie that started at 10:40pm (looked up), I arrived at 10:54pm, and the manager laughed while telling me that nothing can be done. Numerous times she laughed, argued at me, then went to the back and shut her door. Even AFTER my party came out and explained that the movie had not even started and they were nearly the only individuals in the theater. Employees were even dismayed. COMPLETELY APPALLED at the service of a MANAGER and an $8 movie ticket. I will NOT be back, and hope this "manager" is taken out of her position.

Honestly, I wish more cinemas would stop allowing late arrivals. It is very discourteous to those of us who have arrived on time and are seated, just to have rude latecomers, milling about the theater, trying to find seats, getting settled in, etc.

To the OP: You are unclear if you actually had paid.

If you had already paid and had ticket in hand, then that is their fault and they should have allowed you to go on in but advised you future going, no more late arrivals. But if you are just complaining about ticket prices in general, well, I don't know anyone who likes paying today's bloated ticket prices.

@PissedConsumer863656

Not complaining on prices at all, $8.? *** yeah, I'll pay for the group.?

As mentioned...

I drove a long way to meet friends who had been there and met me outside. Movie started at 10:40 and I arrived, in the door, at 10:54. If you've been to a movie, you know previews last 10-15mins. Also, as mentioned, my party explained they were nearly the only in there.

I understand "rude latecomers" DURING the film, but not previews. And how about rude managers.?

Laughing in my face then locking the door between my party and I after being kicked out. HM....

Guess you've never been late because of a babysitter, child or dinner issue. Must be nice to live on your perfect world

Went to the new Regal cinemas at Lansing Mall, Mi to see Expendables 3 on August 17, 2014 in the RPX cinema. Noticed a lack of air flow as soon as we walked in but assumed it would improve once movie began. Stadium leather seats were immediately uncomfortable,...

The movie theatre does not decide on what trailers a movie has. That is decided by the movie company that made the movie.

It comes already together.

It is digitally made already when the theatre gets it. Complain to the movie company where your complaint belongs, not to the theatre.
