You have an entitled attitude. This business is giving back to troops, which is better than most, and you have the nerve to complain?

Seriously, you are not entitled to any discount as a child if a veteran. An attitude of being grateful they give a discount to active service would be better than what you wrote here.

My name is Eric Weate. I am an employee at Regal Indian Mound 11 Movie Theater. I am being discriminated against by my general manager Nathan Nethers. He and the other managers and other employees are constantly using profanity! However when I talk about my religion I am in danger of receiving a counseling! I am also in danger if I complain about the Barack Obama commercial on the theater television! I think is discrimination and action should be taken!

This is the worst theatre was going on a date with my girl to watch fast 7 and we got lost so we asked for help our movie was supposed to be at 6:20 so we got there our seats were takeN we asked for help showed him my tickets and a employee told me it was the one after so I waited with popcorn On my hand and a soda so whe. It was time they told us it was the one that had just passed to go to the customer service so we did paid 2 dollars extra and got different tickets they were trying to sit me in the front row in the corner how is that possible I had paid to reserve my tickets sure I got a refund not everything but I did still came out loosing 20$ I paid for the popcorn and drink I threw awaY

Regal Cinemas Manager Review

Becareful with the popcorn - unused popcorn is stored in the backroom. It gets mixed with the newer popcorn. I dont know how many pieces of jewelry were lost when scooping out the popcorn. Bobby the General Manager is not a pleasant person. I dont know why Regal would put someone rude in a position of power.

Movie Theater Review

I visited regal in Hazelwood and was disappointed. The staff, as always, was nice. But I did not pay over $10 a person to have commentators thoughout the movie. Every scene through the entire movie was commented on. I couldn't enjoy my date because of disrespectful people who decided they owned the theatre and could talk during the movie. There needs to be supervision. I will not be returning.

Regal Cinemas - Movie Ticket Review from North Little Rock, Arkansas

Today took my Grandchildren to see Cinderella at regal theater in north little rock, McCain mall. There was a line to the outside door of mall 15 minutes before the movie started and they had one ticket taker. Finally unlocked door went inside to kiosk purchase tickets. No one was there to take tickets so went on in. My husband went to get food and drink after 40 minutes after the movie started and return 20 minutes upon completion of movie. This is ridiculous to have a new movie theater and no workers. This seems to be a real problem at this theater. Please give them a raise or better benefits. I'll have to drive to rave in little rock 30 minutes away instead to 10 minutes!

Southglenn Regal Cinemas, Centennial, CO ruined our New Year's Eve!

Regal Southglenn, Centennial, CO ruined our New Year's Eve! We paid $31 online for premium seating with intention of having a drink and dinner while viewing "Unbroken". We arrived early & ordered drinks & dinner in the premium seating lobby with the server. After 20 min. without our drinks arriving we decided to seat ourselves in the theater since it was 10 min before showtime. My husband paid our server with credit card in advance & when he went to pick up his beer while walking into the theater it had no head and was warm. He handed it back to the server at the bar to be replaced. I use the theater's provided closed captioning device for hearing impaired and when I tried to connect into the theater it only registered "searching". I asked the server to send an usher to help me--no results. I took the device out to the restaurant lobby & gave it to the manager & he said he would replace it. Long story short.....our food order NEVER ARRIVED, one drink was delivered in a styrofoam cup & server explained that the beer keg was being changed out but it never arrived either! After THREE requests (2 of them directly to the upstairs theater manager) to fix my closed captioning device it was never replaced or even returned so I missed a great deal of the movie dialog! My husband ended up purchasing drinks in the main lobby & carrying them upstairs to our "premium seating". When he asked for the General Manager the manager in the lobby said he was in back and not available. My husband asked for his money back and the upstairs manager asked him to "trust me" that he would run the refund through on his Mastercard. Obviously our experience was so exasperating that he demanded the money back in cash and received it. We did not enjoy the movie because both of us had to leave & come back so many times to ask about our drinks, our meals, and the closed captioning device, plus we left the theater hungry and angry! DON'T PAY FOR "PREMIUM SEATING" AND DON'T TRY TO HAVE DINNER OR A DRINK...... As a matter of fact, just don't patronize this theater until they get their act together. It wasn't this way when it was a HOLLYWOOD theater chain!

Regal Cinemas - Manager Review from Pacifica, California

I was in your theater in Ukiah, Can. Last night watching the movie Hunger games with my 16 year old daughter. About nine tenths through the movie a man walked in with a large backpack and a hoodie covering his face. This man was clearly not there to watch the movie as he rummaged around in his pack and was pulling his phone out and checking for messages. This made me very uncomfortable given sandy hook and the current issues with North Korea to the point that I grabbed my daughter and we left, missing the end of the movie. I immediately went to the managers office to report this situation. A boy looking like he was twelve came out and said he was the manager. when I told him my concerns he said he was the one who let him in. I asked him what his policy was on backpacks he said that your policy is to search all backpacks before entering. I asked him if he searched this mans pack and he said no. He also said he felt sorry for the man and let him come in out of the cold and rain. This made me very uncomfortable. I am going to my local police department to make a statement about this. Most likely it was nothing but we can't be to careful.

Gift card Promotion Disapointment

I was at the box office and read the promo flyer taped to the window. Told the young lady I wanted to buy it. She called her manager because the promo started December 1 (tomorrow). Manager caked out said no and walked back inside. She simply brushed off a $50 transaction without even acknowledging me. The Promo gave points per dollar amounts purchased. All she had to do was add the point after validating my purchase. First why promote something that is not active. Second what is that manager managing ? It is certainly not sales and her customer service skills are poor at best. In these times when companies brainstorm and really work hard at attracting customers as well as increasing their sales it is a shame that an individual with no business acumen is at the forefront. The theater is located on Pines blvd. in S. Florida. Just thought you would want to know.

Regal Cinemas - Cashier Review from Norfolk, Virginia

I bought a small drink but then realized that I wanted a medium drink, so I go to the cashier and ask if I can just buy a medium instead. She radios in her manager and tells him that I want to buy a medium drink instead so she swipes my card to put the money from the small drink I purchased back onto my card and then tells me that I can't purchase the medium drink because it was going to take 3 business days to refund 5 dollars. Now I had around 8 dollars on my card, which is more than enough to buy an already outragesly overpriced drink, and what pissed me off the most was that she said I couldn't even have the small drink THAT I HAD PURCHASED FIRST. SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME I COULDNT BUY SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY BOUGHT.

Regal registers no longer have a way to sell just an upsize as they used to due to a change in software providers. Therefore, the way to change an item after the sale is to refund and recharge.

Refunds always take longer than sales to go through due to the banks having to "talk" to make a deposit to the customer's account instead of a withdrawal. Unfortunately, that meant that with your low balance the drink could no longer be paid for. Barring having another form of payment, the only way you could have gotten the drink then would have been for free, as it was no longer possible to charge you.

Please, consider this in the future at any establishment if you wish to change your order after the fact. It is not a business's responsibility to know your account balance.

Kid Policy Review

There really needs to be some standards in taking small children, i mean under 2 into movie, twice now a small child was in the theater. I understand adults want too see movies and don't always have a sitter but wait til it's on redbox. You ruin it for others

False Advertisement

Me and 7 of my friends drove an hour to go see Ouija which was posted on their website that it was showing at 9. When we arrived and the lady at the ticket window said that the last showing if Ouija was at 6:30 and their website hasn't been working lately. Like really? We drove an hour plus we were super excited and we can't watch it. We ended up paying $11 to see the new Dracula movie. we were the only ones in the theater and they said if we were 21 they would change it to Ouija. Not only were we mad but the theater was beyond freezing. We all were sitting there shivering so bad we couldn't watch the movie. Complete waste of money and gas.
