Show times not accurate

came here today expecting to see Black Panther at 140pm. When we got to the theater the movie actually started at 240 (1 hr later). Had to settle for a movie that we really didn't want to see. The manager told us that we should not rely on Regals web site times and to only use Fandango. Manager didn't seem to care about our inconvenience. Manager wasnt really engaged with our complaint as it took 3 times to get him to understand our predicament

You assume you lost it in the theatre, itself, but you made no mention of verifying it was in your possession when you sat down. Who’s to say it didn’t fall from your pocket as you were walking in the hallway?

Or if you went to the restroom?It’s possible that the overnight cleaners took your wallet, but it’s also possible you left it somewhere else, even at the Concession stand for another customer to pick up.

To state that the cleaning crew definitely took it without any evidence to back up that claim is a baseless accusation. And unless the theatre has cameras in the auditoriums, which is rare, there’s nothing they could possibly investigate.

Mad missed over a hour of the movie wanting in the Concessio

My movie started at 120.paid for tickets online. The food line was so long they only had 3 or 4 Register open. When we did get in the movie it was 2:15 had missed almost a hour of it.just a waste of money. All those Registers an they had only 4 open

So... if you knew you were running late for the movie because you waiting to get food, why did you stay in the concession line?

You know the food is optional, right?

That’s on you at that point. You can just dip out of the line and go to your movie at any time.

Every time I go to Regal Atlantic Station, I asked customer service to make sure that closed captioned is working.. they just nod yes.. I dont think they actually check to make sure it is work. However, I got the glass closed captioned then go to movie to watch.....

So what exactly are you upset with Regal about? You're mad at them because you lost your own money?

Is it Regal's job to make you a responsible person? No. You lost your own money like an idiot and that's what you get.

Probably walking around staring at your phone instead of paying attention to your surroundings. You deserve to lose your money for trying to blame a company for this.

Now at Regal Cinemas after you pay 12.00 plus dollars for just one movie ticket and another 15.00 plus for refreshments you do not even get to select your own seat!!! I am 58 years old and not a kindergartener! I should be allowed to choose my own seat if I am paying...

We couldn't have made these seats any easier to control. At 58 years old you should have the brainpower to figure out a few simple buttons.

Heck, just trial and error should be enough to figure it out in about 7 seconds.

Let's all get mad at Regal for adapting to the times and upgrading without thinking about the 58 year olds who are still upset that times aren't in newspapers and popcorn doesn't cost fifty cents. Makes sense.

Get a Netflix account and stay the *** home.

Feeling ripped off.

At christmas movie passes were purchased for $8.00. At the theater the additional charge was $6.50. I was told because of tbe new lounge chairs. Thse total price during a matinee is $9.50.

Regal cinemas, uncomfortable and expensive

I don't know who designed the seating in this regal theatre, but it is the most uncomfortable theatre I have ever been in. The seats needed to tilt or recline, you have to sit with your head tilted up in an uncomfortable position to see the screen Very uncomfortable. I see the matinee prices have gone up..way to expensive. The pizza sauce has a funny flavor and the wait for consessions is always long. My friends and i have decided it is not the theatre of our choosing, paragon is great, food good, seating comfortable, nice atmospere and if you want a good bite to eat, the food at the bowling alley is great! Our second choice is the older marquee. Staff is always friendly, and although it could use some updating, we dont get a sore neck trying to watch the movie and the price is always right.

Consumers have many options on avenues to watch movies. Very disappointed in Regal Cinemas for the 10 minutes or more of nonstop commercials for many companies - AT&T, Google, Taco Bell etc. Movies are expensive to see and we should not have to sit thru commercials....

Before regal bought out the warren, they’d always play late movies that I’d go to but now there’s not even one that plays past 8. They used to play up until at least 12

You submitted this review on December 25th, so does that mean that you tried to go on the night of the 24th? Regal has closed early on Christmas Eve for years now, so you just got unlucky if you went on that particular day and were unaware of the policy.

Movie cancelled

The movie (3 Billboards) was listed on the website and with Fandango. This was for the Regal Theaters in Mt. Pleasant SC. We drove to the theater, circle for parking during the Christmas rush, wait in line, and then are told they decided to change the movie to Star Wars 30 minutes earlier. We asked why why the time change - the answer was "management decision". We lost over an hour to see a movie that was arbitrarily cancelled. What is the sense in having movie listings if they are subject to management change on a whim. Never have seen this practice before.

Greedy Regal takes the money and no A/C with no warning in Florida

Here is what I sent to Regal and got no response. "We were in our 5th day of no power after Hurricane Irma and decided that, since the Largo FL Regal Cinema was selling tickets, we would get out of our 84 degree inside heat. We went to see "IT" in theater 8. The lobby was refreshingly cool. However, when we got into the Auditorium for the movie, it was hot. I'd estimate 79 or 80 degrees. I went out to speak to the theater personnel. He told me that they knew that the AC was functioning in that auditorium and that's why they left the doors open. To me, I find that the way the management handled the issue was very deceptive. If the auditorium was that uncomfortable, that auditorium should have been closed. There are other theater management groups in the area and I will have to reevaluate my future needs."

This happen on 8/12/2017 at 8:25 Cielo vista Annabella when we first got there the line was pretty long ..we waited about 20 minuted before going in it was a pack show the people behind us talk through the whole movie in English and in Spanish people were on there phone throughout the movie i saw one i guess manager walk in for a seconds and then left very disappointed i didnt injoy the movie at all
