It's impossible to cancel automatic payments on Regal movie app. I've called Regal and am waiting for them to call me back. Very unhappy with the process.

Bad service

Serious noise interuption from fire system and poor service. Emailed Regal no response at all.. Will next go up any excutive I can find there

I am paying 23.50 monthly and the tickets are showing $16.00 instead of .50

I am paying $23.50 monthly and the ticket price shows 16.00 instead of fifty cent this is a big problem you need to change my ticket price with my regal app.

Bad service

Regal Cinemas - Bad service
I went over the Regal cinema up on sunrise, I have t been there in a while due to (covid -19), and bad service I thought things would be better now, voy I was wrong, I went to see Black widow, I could not finished the movie due to work, I am a nurse, among other things, in the middle of the movie they called me from work, so I left, before leaving I asked to get a pass so I can finish the movie and I guy claiming to be the manager Rivera Carlos, denies me the pass , because I did not have a receipt ( even though ), they guy who sold me the ticket ( was right on front of him). Called quarters .

User's recommendation: Never go back to that facility.

I want to cancel my membership

It was easy to enroll for automatic Subscription, but no option to cancel when managing account profile. Also, very difficult into contacting someone at the call center. I want to cancel my order can someone please help, and thanks!

Trying to cancel my account.

Ive been trying to cancel my account to the use anytime card. I forgot what the name of the promo is but its the card I use to see movies whenever I want plus 10% off food bought at concessions. I would like it cancelled immediately. Thank you.

Non-existent customer service

No way to contact customer service and actually get a response, non-functioning app, nobody returns emails, call line is only open Monday-Friday even though nobody goes to see a movie on those day

Charged 4 times for the monthly

This place is a joke, they must be scamming everyone, this month alone theyve charged my monthly 4 times in error. Dont sign up the fees will leave your bank account drained due to lack of staffing internally clearly as they cant even run a decent billing Department.
