Refund

This theatre's air conditioner was broken, and the theatre smelled horrific of urine. I asked the manager Jastin about the smell and he said they were having plumbing issues. On top of this we stood in line for almost 40 min to order food. Worst customer service ever! I would like a refund for our group of 3 as well as the 40.00 I spent at the food court. The smell was so bad people where pinching their noses around your facility.

Lack of recognition

I have attained over one million Regal points. I have contacted Customer Service on a number of occasions with no response. If this an indication of what loyal Regal customers can expect, I will be sure to advise my friends regarding this treatment. Cordially. Steve Rosen
