Regal unlimited pass and covid 19

In the summer of 2019 I signed up for the regal unlimited pass. Halfway through my subscription the pandemic started and theaters close down. Over a year later I receive a charge from regal without any notice that they were planning on charging people for there subscription again. I contact regal and tell them its been well over a year and I would like to cancel. They send me some automated *** explains that I have to finish out my last 4 months of my subscription that I signed up for two years ago. If I knewtgat there would be a killer pandemic halfway through my subscription and they were going to twist my arm and force me to shell out more money two years later I never would have signed up in the first place

User's recommendation: Stay away from regal unlimited. If for any reason you need to cancel you can’t.

Regal unlimited account

Having problems with my Unlimited pass. Every time I go to the movies they tell me that Im not unlimited that my card and account is not saying that I am unlimited also that if I was unlimited that my card would be orange not blue That I cannot come in anymore that I had to contact you all before I can come in to see the movies again I am paying $23 every month for this plan but I am having problems going to see a movie please help this is the fourth time this is happened

How can I cancel my subscription. When I get it is an answering machine. I subscribed Brad before covid-19. Now I'm trying to cancel it and you guys are being slightly just honest by giving us a number that doesn't work. I've been a loyal regal customer for years. I'm very disappointed in the way regals is handing the situation. I will probably no longer use regal theaters and watch movies. Do not use regals to see your

The app will not accept my monthly payment for unlimited

I do not know. I tried to update my payment information and it seemed to accept it. However, when I went to the theater to use my unlimited pass. I pass would not generate a ticket for me. This has been happening since for four times now. So, I have decided to reach out to you about this issue. Also, I can see that my payment has not been processing either.

To cancel my subscription

I have emailed them as I do NOT want to be charged every month for unlimited movies. It is irresponsible to let people back at the movies during a freaking pandemic!! Cancel my subscription now.

Unlimited not working

Yes! There is still an issue with Regal cinemas. I tried contacting them numerous times and all I get is a voice-mail. My Regal unlimited pass is not working but yet they are taking monthly fees from my account.

Y'all falsely canceled my account

I don't want to email. I'm already been trying to email y'all for a month. And it's not working because you'll refuse to actually read the email. It's starting to *** me off. And I'm about to go to the nearest theater and start screaming at y'all's employees. Somebody better read a Dean damn email that I said and actually respond with an intelligent conversation and not the same generic response that doesn't even fit the damn email.

Yesterday I went online regal movies which I have unlimited and I purchased a movie thats opening tomorrow but Im going on Sunday august 1 time 330 now all of a sudden Im paying $3.50 I usually pay 52 cents every time I go to the movies please remove this charge

Complaint multiple concessions & manager

I was lied to and employee disrespectful to my grandchildren and myself. Hmmm Sad I was told 3 different times when tickets would no longer be sold. The man was a complete hmmmAngry we weren't able to see the movie but others were still going in. What's up with that. He said tickets weren't sold after 11:30 am and twice they were sold. The employees need to get on the same page. My grandchildren picked up on how rude and disrespectful the employee was ...all 3 times...to leave and others were buying tickets?? WTH... PLEASE I expect to hear from someone.

I am upset I am a paying customer in there telling me I can't park in their parking lot

I'm very upset police walked up to my car saying I can't park here but I'm a paying customer paid watch movies pay for concession but I can't park in a parking lot I think they don't like black people

Lack of Customer Service

Looking for a refund from 2019. I bought on 3/12/2020. The next day everything shut down due to Covid. Below is customer services response on June 28, 2021. Never heard from her again. I waited the 10 business days and submitted a status update email on July 13 and July 21. Then today (July 22nd) I called customer service at 865/922-**** and was transferred to a voice mail to a person named Teresa. Still no call. Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for contacting our office. Kindly note that your refund request has been forwarded to our Head Office. Please understand, that due to the high influx of queries, it can take 7-10 business days for them to get back to you. Thank you for contacting Regal! Sincerely, Luna Customer Relations Team

Experience

Hello, this was my first experience at a movie theater in Florida and being a deaf man I requested a closed captioning device to watch Space Jam with my family. It took a while for them to bring me the device and when I finally got it I went to the movie and it was the wrong one for my movie and I had to go back and wait for someone to come and fix it and I ended up missing the first half hour of the movie and my kids were going back and forth waiting for me asking whats taking so long and everyone was missing out.. It was not the best movie experience and the manager had a really bad attitude. Everyone exceptthe person who served us popcorn had a bad ttitude.

User's recommendation: Expect a non friendly atmosphere at this theater. Nobody smiles or greets you kindly here.
