This is unacceptable my kids have been waiting a year to see Bob's burgers I took them out for the graduation celebration we waited 35 to 40 minutes in line to get food they had signs up front that said cash only all I had was cash to move the sign three times and every time I got to the front they directed me somewhere else so not only did I miss a huge chunk of the movie I wanted to drink in a popcorn candy and still didn't get my candy and it was rude and it was frustrating and everybody in line behind me was late as well and if it's true the things that show online I said thank you for welcome back to the movies and so to my kids when they gave me tickets cuz they say you get a free ticket or something and the kids rolled her eyes and said keep moving terrible experience my kids was upset my son autistic was in tears because he missed the best part as it says to begin so overall is terrible experience terrible.. we used to go every weekend now I doubt will return no one friends and all my followers on Facebook ticked definitely Twitter cuz most the movies you have on free apps now and screwing the American people for $10 thing of popcorn $5 candy almost $7 for service ridiculous I was going to spend more on candy I asked for it I just rolled eyes and ignore me and I was going to do a birthday party my daughter's birthdays coming up and I want to do movies in a bouncy house but now I'm not so that takes money away from the bouncy house too this is unfair taking advantage of hard-working single fathers trying to show the kids a good time for getting principles list in school

User's recommendation: I recommend Regal theaters to all for their movie viewing entertainment. My sons are always surprised at the low cost and the ease of purchasing tickets, the cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

We bought Regal passes and have been going a lot. So many bad things there
No one even checks your ticket , so allowing unwelcome people and no security .
There was no Air Conditioning in Theater 2 for NOPE.
I had to ask to turn on 3 times , then finally had to demand it. People go to the theater to escape the heat !
The popcorn is never Fresh and they dont care. People dont look forward to eating old popcorn and too salty. They dont even have buckets anymore .
They give you small paper bags
The seats are falling apart . In fact I walked out with black vinyl all over my body that was pealed off the seats ! Service is terrible And just not a good experience.
Then you have to watch that Advertisement about how great Regal is and better than your home. Thats what Its like so lame !
Your problem is terrible management and employees .
I know it is hard to find lately.
My Son and I are loyal customers and we feel you need to do better . Thanks

There is no way to cancel my subscription
AI have been trying to cancel my subscription for probably over a month now. I cannot figure out how to cancel it.
I have extensively spent hours looking over the app and the website and Google. So Ive gotten charge for an extra month more than I wanted.
Although I really enjoyed having the service there needs to be more options for kids regularly rather than the same movies running for over a month or so and Im not sure about the cleanliness of disinfecting the theater chairs. Because during the summer like clockwork every time we went to go see a movie we would immediately come down with a cold after.

Verified BuyerCustomer service number doesn't work and the email customer service reps are unintelligent
They charged me 3 times for my regal unlimited subscription (basically stole 42 dollars from me, a college student) and when I called there was a voice memo saying the number basically works but nobody was going to answer it and they gave instructions on how to contact them on the website. I go to the website and follow the instructions to fill out the service form, and I put the date where they triple charged me (March 17th) and they emailed me saying that I was only charged once in April.
. . Obviously, they did not read what my complaint was about and they told me since I was only charged once in April they would not be refunding me for March.
I responded with proof of my charge and I still have not gotten a response from early this morning. I then emailed to be referred to a higher up who would actually read what my problem was and I have not gotten a response to that email either.

User's recommendation: I do not recommend going to them after this experience. I have gone through and disputed it with my bank since they can't hire people who can read and comprehend or even simply respond to emails.

I just had the same experience at Edward in Eastvale, had a bunch of teenagers throwing popcorn, talking and fooling around through out the movie, when I proceeded to tell the workers, instead of helping they look and stood quiet, the teenagers proceeded to follow me and harassing my young grandkids and myself……they kept talking about jumping other movies theaters, while paying costumers pay full price.
