ridiculously stupid new policy that tickets come with assigned seats. Witnessed a LOT of confusion, a lot of angry people and several near fights. What's wrong with showing up in time to pick the seats you want?? Dumb dumb dumb...won't be back to a Regal if this...

Seriously? It take five seconds to choose your seat or you can do it online and this way you don't have people barging in front of you five seconds before the movie to sit down.

I would NEVER go to a theater without selected seats ahead of time. And 99 out of 100 people would agree.

There are few if any big name theaters that don't do this now. Time to come out of the stone ages.

That sucks you can’t uae it after sec 31, 2018 what kind rewards card is that?? That’s really dumb too you can’t use it.

I would full on complain.

I would rip that card in the workers face especially the lesbians face and say take this card and shove this up yours oh wait tou don’t have one so act like a girl. I wouldn’t even go back to this theater and pay for the snacks I would only pay for tickets.

Worst movie experience ever

We arrived at Regal Cinema at Potomac Yards in Alexandria Va. Our movie was scheduled to start at 10:15 we arried at 9:56. Once purchasing the ticket we went to get popcorn. We arrived at the counter there was no employees in site. Waited 10 mins until someone finally came out the back. Which caused us to be late to the movie. While watching the movie i feel asleep and woke up at 3am. The movies was completely dark, no lights where on. No employees in site. We where locked in and had to let ourselves out. This was the most unpleasant movies experience I've ever had. I will not be returning.

Going to the movies use to be fun...

Last night my husband and I went to the Regal Theater in Alhambra, CA to see the Nun. We have been coming to this theater for 5 years and over the years everything there has gone downhill. The movie is rated R and there were so many young kids that did nothing but talk, yell, and laugh. Also, too many people feel it is ok to be rude and disruptive dueing the movie by using their cellphones to talk, text , and take pictures. I want to watch the movie that I paid for and not see someone's dumb conversation on the phone screen that is brighter than the movie screen. Not once did staff walk through the theater to check tickets, ages. Or see that people were using their phones. The lady and her obnoxious kid behind us TALKED THROUGH THE WHOLE MOVIES. My husband turned around and asked her to stop talking because she was ruining the movie for everyone. In front of her kid, she says to my husband to *** off and stop running his *** mouth and to go *** himself *** So, needless to say, the movie was ruined an unenjoyable. If staff did their job and walked through the theater and escorted these people out like they are suppose to we would actually consider going back. This lady and her kid then followed me and my husband to the front of the theater yelling at us and saying we were *** and to keep walking. Talk about parenting at its finest! But, what *** me off is that she did this in front of security and he did nothing! Absolutely nothing! So not only will I never visit this theater again but I have to feel my saftety3is in jeopardy because people so not want to do their jobs!

Regal Commercials Out of Control

We got to our movie about 20 minutes early at Bel Air Regal Cinemas in Maryland. It was nothing but one commercial after another. That’s pretty much torture. We won’t be coming here again anytime soon. Imagine having to PAY to be subjected to this moronic crap.

Horrible Mamma Mia Experience

Went to see the movie with a friend and the theater they printed on our tickets was theater 3. We went to theater 3 only to find others already sitting in the seats we had payed a 3 dollar fee to book. Upon asking we discovered that they were not in fact playing Mamma Mia but Antman and the Wasp. We found out that Mamma Mia would been shown in theater 2 and we went and found our seats. Halfway through the movie it stops playing and goes completely black. My friend and i got up to complain but when they finally switched it back on, the movie had skipped over a scene. Of course we went to complain again and they rewinded to the very beginning. By the end of it, the staff just left it at the wrong part and offered no more help. Afterwards a manager came to tell us the reason it switched off was because Mamma Mia wasn't meant to be played in theater 2 in the first place. Are you actually kidding Regal? Obviously no one cares for these reviews but holy *** Regal really does suck. Of course no one in the theater got a refund but you've got to expect that, right?

July 17, 2018 My name is Lee Ramirez Resident of Laguna Niguel, The kaleidoscope is our family's local movie theater. My son and I arrived at 10:20 p.m. also attended the showing of Ant-Man 3D. Unfortunately, the ticket merchant accidentally sold us a 9:20 showing, Accidents happen. However the event that followed when trying to resolve the issue turned into, I believe 'profiling' and a total disregard for Professionalism and customer service. This display of blatant disrespect arrogance and rude misbehavior on behalf of the evening shift manager, Justin! Not only did we miss a large portion of our movie due to the show-stopping As a result of no tickets being sold for our 10:20 showing. I was also accused of not purchasing tickets! My attempt to explain the misunderstanding to manager Justin! fell on deaf ears. Obviously, he does not understand the duties of a manager or customer service! Misbehavior of this caliber is unacceptable Not to mention quite offensive on a family night out. Please help me on this issue, I would like to know this type of behavior does not happen again, I would also suggest manager Justin be retrained with an emphasis on customer service.

When are you ppl going to learn that online and real life have issues!! Odds are you went with a online ticket vendor.

ONLINE!! Meaning the theater itself had nothing to do with your ticket purchase. They can’t be held responsible for who you chose to go through when there is a problem!!! You needed to deal with the.

Endor of said tickets to get the issue resolved. Being combative with the theater doesn’t get your situation resolved. It only goes to show your entitlement nature. Yes mistakes happen as you say.

But the theater didn’t make the mistake. The ticket vendor did.

THEY need to make it right. Unless you purchased DIRECTLY from the ticket seller in the theater they are not responsible for other ticket scalpers/vendors issues.

Regal gets their show assignments on Mondays or Tuesdays for that Friday. Most weeks have early releases Thursday night that necessitate canceling older shows.

The Thursday schedule can’t be made because those canceled shows can only come from ones either going away on Friday or no longer running a full schedule. The same thing can happen on Tuesdays when there are Wednesday openings with early shows.

Me and my g f went to regal cinemas in Avon to see Deadpool 2, apparently they have assigned seats now and we were put in row A which is 5 feet in front of the screen, it is impossible to spend 2-3 hours looking up at that angle, my tickets cost the same as everyone else’ so why did we get stuck in seats where we couldn’t watch the movie?

Terrible management

Regal has a no under 6 to a rated R movie. We brought a 5 month old baby and they turned us away. Like the 5 month old is watching a movie!! *** poor management at its finest!! The manager wouldn't even make an exception in an empty theater and a breast feeding mother!! Never again Regal!!
