I contacted them two months ago, could not contact anybody officially but an answering person. I don't mind, keeping the membership, but I moved to a place, nearest regal is over 300 miles away. They said keep membership for one year. I was on my tenth month when cobit stopped theaters. My bank stopped 21.00 payments. All l want is this to stop, now l am swamped with text messages demanding payment. I have not been to their theaters for over a year and half. What can l do.D

Hello, this was my first experience at a movie theater in Florida and being a deaf man I requested a closed captioning device to watch Space Jam with my family. It took a while for them to bring me the device and when I finally got it I went to the movie and it was the wrong one for my movie and I had to go back and wait for someone to come and fix it and I ended up missing the first half hour of the movie and my kids were going back and forth waiting for me asking whats taking so long and everyone was missing out.. It was not the best movie experience and the manager had a really bad attitude. Everyone exceptthe person who served us popcorn had a bad ttitude.

User's recommendation: Expect a non friendly atmosphere at this theater. Nobody smiles or greets you kindly here.
