Having a problem with the unlimited

Cannot reach customer service to fix my unlimited subscription plan that work before the pandemic it's probably because the car that I had probably expired and all I need to do is fix the expiration date however you cannot get a hold of anyone they have no live answering machine I've tried Twitter I've tried email I tried customer service phone numbers nothing terrible customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Regal finally reached out to me and took care of my situation..

I have been trying to call and email Regal for two months now to cancel my unlimited pass. I keep getting charged with no way to speak to anyone or stop my subscription. I did not agree to continue after the pandemic and am getting billed. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are basically stealing money and not allowing anyone to contact them. Boycott Regail.

Concession

GTheater was closed Over a year. My concession gift cards for $15 each expired over the year. The theater would not take them last week. This is pathetic Customer service

Can’t get a refund.

There is no live customer service. We cant reach any location directly. We purchased tickets choosing one location and the website automatically switched us to a different location without us realizing. When we went to the location we intended it was closed and realized after looking at the email confirmation that we purchased tickets at a completely different location. Now we cant reach anyone to get a refund.

Never heard from regal regarding my $40.00 gift card. I also know others who have the same problem. Something should be done about this. Not fair that we all should be out of this money.

Serious Problem Here

My 15 year old daughter and I visited your Strawbridge theater today at 3 pm and saw Tenant. What I'm about to say is so ridiculous I still can't believe it happened. After ordering popcorn and two drinks I immediately noticed the drinks were barely over half full, one was a slushy. I politely asked the person if he could fill it up, I mean for $25 not asking too much. He took it and went to the slushy machine, and it appeared he was filling it up so after he gave it back we went to our seats. Well he barely put anymore in it, so I snapped a picture and told my daughter to go ask him to fill it to the top. Here's the real problem I have and I'm not the type to make a scene, but your manager yelled at my daughter and told her she was lying and to get back to her seat. She came back crying! UNBELIEVABLE! I went back to ask them why they couldn't just fill the freaking cup up. He then accused me of drinking it (in about 2 minutes), and refused to comply. I am a business owner myself, and this kind of disrespectful service, making a kid cry is a real head scratcher. Your manager made it clear he didn't give two shi** if we ever came back to this theater. We are avid movie goers, and at $60 a pop for tickets, drinks and popcorn... You should have people who are respectful to paying customers and who provide good service. I seriously doubt we'll ever return to ANY of your theaters, and honestly thinking about posting that picture along with the back story online so people will know what to expect when attending a movie at Regal. Wow, I still can't believe it.

Absolutely egregious that you have no way of customers contacting you via phone except through the Better Business Bureau 60 plus cases against you do you respond to customers. Give consumers a real phone number to get in touch.

Horrible Customer Service - Unlimited Plan

Had to protest the charge with my credit card company to get the refund. Still no word from the company, they have shut down the site where you can request to cancel the service.

In a unique situation the company should be more flexible with their rules and procedures. I am willing to take responsibility for my actions, the company also needs to do more on their end to respect the customer and respond during this unique circumstance.

I will not be going back to a movie theater anytime soon. Regal should be willing to acknowledge this and be willing to modify their contracts.

All I wanted was a refund of my unlimited charge for March and to cancel my account. Said they could not do this. Was talking with people in Poland. Not willing to give me contact information for the corporate headquarters in the US. I will not be going back. The one-year agreement was in the fine print and not part of any of the ads. I would never have agreed to this if the terms and conditions were clearly disclosed. False advertisement, breach of contract, and fraud.

No what you meant to say is that you didn’t read what you were agreeing to. Not their fault that you couldn’t take a few mins and read.

Stop placing the blame on them for something you agreed to WILLINGLY. Maybe step up and be an adult. Put on your big boy pants and suck it up *** *** happens in life. The only way to protect yourself is to know what you’re getting into.

Also replying to your own post shows a desperate need for validation of your complaint. You KNOW you failed to read and now expect anyone who sees your complaint to agree with your narrow minded POV. You did this all to yourself. Accept it and move on.

You will probably get extra time on the back end for the time missed out while the country is on lockdown. Be patient and just accept that your screwed yourself by not reading and don’t just click “I agree” without knowing what you’re agreeing to.

It says a bunch about a monthly plan, which is fine. I am happy to pay a monthly fee for the service. I just wanted to be notified if something is going to bind me into a contract that lasts longer than a month. Tell me the last time you read all the six point font in what seemed like a simple month to month agreement.

Just searched the website again and no way for people to cancel their subscription exists. This is just ridiculous given the current situation.

Even after the recent update it is still the worst. Employees and management extremely unfriendly. The worst popcorn and no alcohol. Seats dont recline. To many better options around town at same price point.
