I went this afternoon to go see Napoleon was excited for the film. I went in to watch the film and roughly 45 minutes into the film.
It was just not what I anticipated for so I headed out for a refund which was very difficult for me to contact the manager, but once I did, I explained to them that I really didnt like the film and if I can get a refund her first response to what I had mentioned was Im not the directed to the movie which completely threw me off.
I helped my composure and really didnt say much, but just wanted my refund. I was completely thrown off guard With the response and just in general, didnt really know what was going on after that

Managers are awful people.
i wont specify what theater i work at but im getting real tired of working there. my manager called me stupid and that i cant do anything by myself- as if we as team members arent supposed to be acting like a team.
like huh? what is her deal and its only to me no one else has she ever done this to. managers are awful high on w**d managers dont know how to communicate properly or work as a team. we try to keep the theater as clean as possible but some team members are worse than other and just dont care.
me on one hand i try to clean but most of the time my manager finds something to complain about.
im getting tired of treated like trash by an old women that is acting like a retired rich women. not rich or retired but sure acts like she owns people-

Resolved: Canceling subscription
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They agreed to let me out of the subscription.
They did not refund my money. I warn anyone and everyone do not get the Unlimited movie subscription from Regal.

What are you confused about? You don’t get a refund because you don’t like the movie.
Your ticket paid for that seat.
They aren’t going to lose money on you. And the manager when denying you, as she should, was being sarcastic.
