My 15 year old daughter and I visited your Strawbridge theater today at 3 pm and saw Tenant. What I'm about to say is so ridiculous I still can't believe it happened. After ordering popcorn and two drinks I immediately noticed the drinks were barely over half full, one was a slushy. I politely asked the person if he could fill it up, I mean for $25 not asking too much. He took it and went to the slushy machine, and it appeared he was filling it up so after he gave it back we went to our seats. Well he barely put anymore in it, so I snapped a picture and told my daughter to go ask him to fill it to the top. Here's the real problem I have and I'm not the type to make a scene, but your manager yelled at my daughter and told her she was lying and to get back to her seat. She came back crying! UNBELIEVABLE! I went back to ask them why they couldn't just fill the freaking cup up. He then accused me of drinking it (in about 2 minutes), and refused to comply. I am a business owner myself, and this kind of disrespectful service, making a kid cry is a real head scratcher. Your manager made it clear he didn't give two shi** if we ever came back to this theater. We are avid movie goers, and at $60 a pop for tickets, drinks and popcorn... You should have people who are respectful to paying customers and who provide good service. I seriously doubt we'll ever return to ANY of your theaters, and honestly thinking about posting that picture along with the back story online so people will know what to expect when attending a movie at Regal. Wow, I still can't believe it.

Unfortunately I chose the wrong movie theater when I bought 3 tickets to watch tenet. I called the lady at your front desk and she told me to call customer service to get my refund but Customer service isnt answering calls at the moment.

The manger told me she couldnt do a refund because it needed to be on the same day. She also told me the movie 42 was not included in the unlimited pass which it is NOT true as I had just got off the phone with my unlimited pass customer service people and they said yes it absolutely is part of my Unlimited pass which he told me actually never got reactivated when the Regal reopened for some reason so that is the reason why I got charged. He said they are having problems getting the unlimited members reactivated & that I need to go to back to the Regal Theater in San Marcos where I purchased my tickets to get a refund because I paid at the theater not online. I tried telling Marlene Lopez who is a manager at the Regal in San Marcos but she said told me it’s a special event movie & EVERYBODY pays to see that movie & And that refunds are only done on the day the ticket was purchased, which makes NO sense because I have an UNLIMITED pass to ALL Regal theaters! I am beyond angry they have somebody like her representing Regal, she has no customer service skills & Refused to give me any solutions to what happened. I honestly don’t want to go back to a place that doesn’t listen to what you found out from customer service people at the regal crown club number who Actually know what movies are included in the unlimited membership that I currently have! If my issue is not resolved and somebody doesn’t call me back from the customer number I’m gonna call back to Crown club and cancel my membership because I wouldn’t want to give a penny more to regal for the absolutely terrible customer service and actually she was really rude to me!!! I’ve been in Customer Service almost my entire life so I know how you’re supposed to treat people and that was embarrassing for her!! I hope people above her in the corporate who I contacted today Demote her from being a manager because honestly she’s not manager quality....sometimes the truth hurts!!

Cannot cancel this subscription after 1day accidental buy.

Called them over and over. Purchase on 9.8.2020 and trying to cancel 09.09.2020 and no one is allowing me to do so. This is a SHAM for anyone thinking about this. There are no movies theater open in NY and still this company does not cancel esp during COVID.. I will eventually sue REGAL.

Absolutely egregious that you have no way of customers contacting you via phone except through the Better Business Bureau 60 plus cases against you do you respond to customers. Give consumers a real phone number to get in touch.

Regal Cinemas - Getting in touch with corporate
I am an ex-employee that worked at the Brandywine Regal Cinema 16 location in Concord, DE. I was unable to do my tax returns due to a lack of a W-2 form and/or inadequate directions to retrieve the online version. I have tried to reach corporate over the past couple of months now.
