Cancel limited movies

I have called &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;Easy to get unlimited support team. Received no answer from any of them. They are taking out monthly fee for these movies which I am no longer going to these movies because of health reasons. I need to cancel this subscription which I started before virus in 2020. They started this up again in june ,2021 without contacting me!! ... Dont get unlimited subscriptionEaseey.

Cancel my subscription to regalcrown club for unlimited movies.

Membership

Moved to a different state and different city in which the new city doesn't have Regal theaters. I have received emails from Regal regarding membership dues not being met, yet do not offer a customer service contact phone number, nor do I still have the same membership contact information. What's so bad, they can easily me about dues but I can't contact them about my account.

Cancel limited movies

I have called &;;;;;;;;; left messages to regal crown,corporate office, & support team. Received no answer from any of them. Regal Cinemas - No live contact number for the cinema theater
Upon learning my sons wallet was missing in the theater I proceeded to call their only customer service phone number which directed me to email them I was told on the Call volume was high but they wouldnt be getting back to me right away I have since contacted the purseconsumer.com as I have no other options and I am sure there are employees and managers on site I cant operate completely remotely its hard for me to believe that there is no emergency live contact phone number for the building itself

Lost wallet Inside four DX theater in Naples Florida

Upon learning wallet was missing at theater. I called thier only listed phone number. Surprised I was being told to contact them via e-mail. This was the only contact I could use and a very very poor one at that. Im sure there are employees and managers on site, but there is no way to contact any live person about my son wallet. What kind of business has no emergency phone access.

User's recommendation: Take nothing inside the theater with you. You will not be getting it back.

Wrong theater, Need refund

Regal, Thanks so much for such a quick and positive refund. By accident we purchased tickets to a theater that was not within our home distance and by the time we got there..... We were told by the attendant that we were at the wrong theater. He told us to try to get back on the app and notify you or to try to make it to the other theater. Got on the computer to notify u and it was refunded the next day

Harassing and charging money for subscription

So in 2020 I wrote them an email that I would not be continuing the subscription, but they never replied now they are harassing me either pay for 12 months or they'll report to debt consolidation- what is wrong with these companies how can someone pay if they don't want to watch movies. This is happening and forcing to pay. I have a kid and I don't want to go and watch in theaters.

Because it tricked me

I was just trying to figure out my regal card and you guys took my credit card number for something else now Im really really pissed. Please delete the transaction that you have with me with my credit card and call me or email the results ASAP

Unlimited plan

Unlimited plan locks you in for a year. Can't cancel or put on hold even though pandemic is not over and we aren't at heard immunity. Don't want to sit six inches away from people for two hours who might be contagious. You can't even talk to a live person as they force you to email them for any communication.

Unsatisfied with app, can't update payment & address; some charge by (gt-fin.com) was added when I tried to make a payment.

I want to change my information, the regal app is not allowing me to do so. Id like to have an expiation of (gt-fin.com) and a refund. Explanation explanation

Cancelling

I signed up for unlimited movies for 1 year....that was over 2years ago. The theater was closed for covid. When they opened up they tried charging m ymmv card and sent me a notice that if I didnt pay they would charge me a whole year. It's not my fault the theater closed for covid. I only wanted the 1 year commitment for....1 year....not 3. I have tried cancelling many times. This seems pretty unethical to me.

Having a problem with the unlimited

Cannot reach customer service to fix my unlimited subscription plan that work before the pandemic it's probably because the car that I had probably expired and all I need to do is fix the expiration date however you cannot get a hold of anyone they have no live answering machine I've tried Twitter I've tried email I tried customer service phone numbers nothing terrible customer service
