Points got deducted that shouldn’t have been deducted

Points got deducted that shouldnt have been deducted. The girl at the concession stand didnt notice that I already had a free popcorn she deducted 6000 points for a popcorn but I already had a popcorn on my account. I am requesting that those points be returned to my account. I sent an email but havent heard back from them & I dont see any points that were added back to my account.

Office closed- no help at all Web site doesnt help either I need to fix my billing information, I entered the new card # on the app but still getting cant collect payment messages

Money was taken out of my account when I was last at the movies and it was already taken for the month.

When we were last at the movie I was having trouble getting tickets and the manager helped but he took another payment out of my account. I have tried to email with no reply and still not available by phone!!!!

Unable to reach a live person to resolve issues where they continue to take money out of my bank account when I discontinued my service with them

Since Ive never been able to actually talk to a live person I really dont know what is going on they no longer had a call center you have to email and wait weeks for someone to get back to you

Get me and my granddaughters Regal Crown Club has fact that we paid for last year and never got to use it because of the pandemic so I shouldn't have to pay another $25 because we never got to use the $25 we had already paid thank you

Getting in touch with corporate

I am trying to get our regal theatre in lex ky to get the movie "witness" from red brick film works to have like 3 showing, fri , and 2 on a sat of this movie. I have probably several hundred from our church interested in seeing this. I fid not get anywhere with finding a website to request this. The theatre told me to call corporate to find out. Regal unlimited pass and covid 19

In the summer of 2019 I signed up for the regal unlimited pass. Halfway through my subscription the pandemic started and theaters close down. Over a year later I receive a charge from regal without any notice that they were planning on charging people for there subscription again. I contact regal and tell them its been well over a year and I would like to cancel. They send me some automated *** explains that I have to finish out my last 4 months of my subscription that I signed up for two years ago. If I knewtgat there would be a killer pandemic halfway through my subscription and they were going to twist my arm and force me to shell out more money two years later I never would have signed up in the first place

User's recommendation: Stay away from regal unlimited. If for any reason you need to cancel you can’t.

Regal unlimited account

Having problems with my Unlimited pass. Every time I go to the movies they tell me that Im not unlimited that my card and account is not saying that I am unlimited also that if I was unlimited that my card would be orange not blue That I cannot come in anymore that I had to contact you all before I can come in to see the movies again I am paying $23 every month for this plan but I am having problems going to see a movie please help this is the fourth time this is happened

How can I cancel my subscription. When I get it is an answering machine. I subscribed Brad before covid-19. Now I'm trying to cancel it and you guys are being slightly just honest by giving us a number that doesn't work. I've been a loyal regal customer for years. The app will not accept my monthly payment for unlimited

I do not know. I tried to update my payment information and it seemed to accept it. However, when I went to the theater to use my unlimited pass. I pass would not generate a ticket for me. This has been happening since for four times now. So, I have decided to reach out to you about this issue. Also, I can see that my payment has not been processing either.
