Parents beware. *** commercials shown before movies. Male kissing male. Disgusting stuff.

What's with the commercials? I can see those at home. The movie previews are awesome, but I dont need to see regular commercials if I'm paying for a movie.

Under 6 policy for rated R movies should be a age range from 1-6. Newborns can sleep without a sound and not bother anyone plus parents want to enjoy life without being treated like children themselves. Oh and apparently Carlsbad, CA staff believes nursing mothers can not breast feed in their theater!! Luckily a supervisor addressed this issue but damage was already done by their staff.

Pavilions in Downtown Denver would not refund my money after I purchased 3 tickets. Been there once yesterday and today trying to get a refund, and ended up putting myself arguing with his manager for 45 minutes. This is incredibly unbelievable. He had every excuse in the book not to return my money. He gave me 3 free tickets, but that was it. I wanted a refund.

REALLY Think you need to take care of customer service. Sorry but we won't be back!! This is differently a complaint Corp are you listening Read more

The 3 last times I've been to the theater they have examined my purse. I'm nearly 70 years old. I feel it's an invation of my privacy. We have been going to this theater for maybe 15 years. As long as it's been there. Have you ever heard of an American woman 70 year old terrorist? I think not. I'm insulted! Either that, or it's an excuse to check for people bringing in food because the concession stand is too expensive for most and that's where... Read more

We went to see The Secret Life of Pets at the Regal theater in North Olmsted in 3D on July 14th. The previews for upcoming 3D movies were all blurry even with the glasses. We figured it would be corrected when the movie started, but it wasn't. So I had to go and find someone to let them know what the problem was and missed part of the movie. I've e-mailed 2 complaints to Regal but haven't had the courtesy of a response. Goes to show how... Read more

My wife and I went to Park Meadows, Lone Tree, Colorado UA-Regal theater 7/30 to watch Jason Borne. Previews were deafening! Staff said they couldn't turn it down, controlled by Corporate. What the heck. Also, got there at 1:20 for the 1:20 movie, clerk said only place with two seats together was in first three rows, so we got tickets for another showing 30 min later. Went in and checked the 1:20 theater just to see -- it was barley half... Read more
